Burger King

i hate fast food but since we were in a rush we stopped. The place looked clean except for the fact that there wasnt any ice in the soda machine and you had to smash the buttons to make the drink come out. Servers were nice

In a word, slow. I’m standing here watch these people, who think they deserve more money, walk around clueless while I wait patiently for my food. I go to fast food restaurants when I’m in a hurry, if I wanted to wait so long I’d go to a real restaurant or cook. It’s always slow like this at this location and the manager doesn’t seem to care.

Load of shit. The chili grilled dog looked like what is handed out at homeless shelter.

Stopped in for a quick meal to go from visiting Lakeland a few weeks ago. I used the drive-​thru, so I can’t review inside. The exterior was clean, easy to get in and out of, efficient great customer service, and my order was accurate.
No problems or issues during my visit. I highly recommend stopping here if you are hungry.

Went through the drive through a few minutes ago. Spent $ 27 on four breakfast meals. They quickly gave us our drinks without straws and we sat there and waited until they came outside and asked the gentleman directly ahead of us to pull forward to a parking spot. Then they asked us to do the same,. After waiting a few more minutes, I went inside and got straws and napkins because I predicted (correctly I might add) the employees would forget them. After several more minutes, the gentleman in front of us got out of his vehicle and headed inside. His wife followed him, leaving her door ajar and appearing worried. A minute or so later, the overweight disheveled Burger King worker came out the side door with multiple bags in her hand and not even glancing our way, practically tossed our bag with incorrect orders into the driver’s side window. She then proceeded to the 1^st vehicle where the man was yelling at the employee who instead of de-​escalating the situation was yelling back and inviting him to run her over. Our granddaughter (4) and youngest daughter (5) were really curious about that encounter. We left as quickly as we could in case violence followed. As far as our food, the biscuits were over-​cooked and the eggs were under-​cooked. Too greasy also. You can’t pay for good help these days.

If I have enough time to check every social media outlet, the news, and listen to 4 songs with only two cars in front of me in the drive thru. you getting one star.

Worst Burger King experience ever. Terrible service. They were out of all but fried food. Drive thru operator said they were out of Meat, I asked — do you have chicken? He replied– yes chicken is not meat, Meat is meat. We will be taking a long Burger King timeout.

Customer service was rude and the fries never have salt on them I actually had to use salt packets on Burger King fries

Stopped in for a quick drive thru bite to eat while on our way to Georgia.
The drive thru experience was a little slow, but nothing horrific. The burgers were hot and fresh. The fries were not. They were barely warm which was disappointing.
The employees seemed friendly and were working hard.

Had a quick dinner at BK. It took a while to receive my food, with only one customer in front of me waiting for an ice cream cone. The kid behind the counter that took my order tried his best. I ordered the Big King a.k.a boot-​leg Big Mac. Surprisingly not bad. It isn’t better then a Big Mac, but I would have it again. I also had some fries and a coke. Fries were good and Coke, Coke was Coke you don’t need me to tell you how it tastes.

3 stars on the fast food scale. Got a whopper jr. with no tomato. Order was accurate but food was barely warm at best. Service was slightly slow, but nothing like the other reviewers are saying. I did come during the lunch rush. Also did not encounter any irate employees or screaming mutated zombies or anything. Can’t speak to the inside conditions b/​c I used the drive thru. Tasty little sandwich and would return to this location.

Came late night and went through drive through. No one else there. Took 15 minutes to get food and lady at the window was more focused on refilling cartridge’s in the soda machine. Fry’s were also bland and terrible.

As Anthony mentioned, there may be some angry employees in this store. Not sure what the issue is other than they are working at Burger King, but damn…
I did not have issues personally… food is same BK quality, which in my opinion is the best of all fast food burger joints… as long as they follow corporate rules the food should be the same from Maine to California… and usually is.
As a technology fan, it was the first BK that I have seen with new LCD menu boards that are animated… pretty neat. Also, the Coca-​Cola fountains are technified with LCD touchscreen selections that allow customized flavors in certain drinks… pretty damn cool. Doesn’t make for a quick drink though… as people are staring at the screens and pecking their choices… still cool as tech goes.
Also…it was FREEZING in that place… had to be in the low 60’s…I kid you not. Evironmental issues aside… a typical Burger King, who in my opinion has great fast food… it is flame broiled after all.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Bad service. Rude staff. Wrong order. No sauce. Cold fries. Cold onion rings. People in customer clothing scratching their stomach at the drive through window. DISGUSTING!!! I should have posted this sooner… sorry to the victims!

Of course you can expect the same ‘olé same ‘olé as far as the Burger King menu is concerned.
Very clean with friendly employees. Burgers, etc. have always been neatly put together; so many fast food joints lack in this particular department.
