Wendy’s in a tourist town… You can probably guess.Dirty.slow…marginal food, people that are either indifferent or flat out rude. Seems to be a theme around here, we have had some great people in Orlando and we have had pretty horrible, guess it depends on when you go.

This was my first visit to this Wendy’s location and it won’t be the last. The food was great, if you like Wendy’s, but the person at the drive thru taking my order had an attitude so I deducted a star.

This is a very good Wendy’s restaurant. I can’t even remember when the screwed up my order. I had a number one with a coke and fries. My Wendy’s burger with cheese was really well cooked the lettuce, tomato, and onion tasted very fresh. The restaurant itself was clean. Nice place.

Five stars for this staff. My family and I gave them a challenge today. First, my husband dropped my daughter’s kid’s meal and my large drink. Then my sandwich came out with sauce which I didn’t want.
The staff was super about replacing all of it and even brought it to our table. While we were eating one young employee checked on us and even offered to throw away our trays.
Best Wendy’s experience in a long time.

Sigh… why bother asking me what type of sauce I want with my nuggets if you are not going to bother putting them in the bag? Also, it is not necessary to *stuff* the burgers in the bag, thereby mashing them up. This is really displeasing and inconvenient to bring to anyone’s attention when your customer is on a half hour lunch break.

this location was quick with the order and accurate. our food was brought to the car hot and fresh and perfect for taking back to our house for lunch.
