We lived in this apartment complex when I worked at Disney. It was a very nice place to live. Since this complex is only a little over five years old the electric bill stayed manageable. It was nice to keep the AC turned way down in the summer and not have to worry about the astronomical light bill… The grounds are very well kept; someone is constantly edging the grass and trimming back the trees… The weight room is very nice and has plenty of machines… The pool is well kept and always clean. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hubby and I lived here for over a year when we were in Orlando and he worked at Disney. It was a great, relaxing place to live. The apartment complex is only about 4 – 5 years old now. This means excellent insulation and storm windows. When we moved from our apartment complex in Winter Park to Integra Meadows, our electric bill literally dropped in half and we were running the a/c, etc. in exactly the same manner. Hubby and I hate to be hot, so during the summer, we keep our a/c on about 62 degrees. In Winter Park(very old complex), our electric bill was around $ 250 a month. At Integra Meadows, our electric bill never went over $ 140. So yes, the rent is definitely higher here, but look what you’re saving on electricity alone. Not to mention all the other amenities. Also, since they are new, the architecture both inside and out are gorgeous. Custom cabinets in the kitchen, sunken in garden tubs in all the bathrooms, brand new carpet installed for each new tenant… I could go on and on. Some of the apartments, ours did, had an attached garage. So we had the main door to the apartment and then we also had a door in the dining area that opened into our garage. At the time, it was only $ 50 extra a month for an attached garage and I highly recommend this option! it’s frickin’ hot in Orlando and your car will stay nice and cool, you’ll have extra space to store things, and when it’s raining, you don’t have to worry about getting wet while bringing in the groceries. Also, there is a problem with parking at this complex; at night, it can be very difficult to find a place to park near your apartment. The pool is absolutely beautiful and has a whirlpool. There are two outdoor grilling areas at the pool area. I’m not talking those cheap grills either. No No. The nice, large, stainless steel kind. There’s a pool table in the clubhouse, DVDs you can check-out for free, computers galore for your use, a tanning bed, flatscreens, and an amazing gym. We were on the bottom floor and we never had any problem with noise from our upstairs neighbors. No stomping around like you hear in so many other places. They really must have built these apartments well. There are children, but all in all, it’s a very quite and peaceful place to live. I never had any complaints whatsoever about noise. Any time we had a maintenance problem, it was handled ASAP. It didn’t happen very often, but when it did, it was taken care of promptly. They have a number you can call for maintenance 24⁄7 and one of the maintenance men lives on property and is on call. The grounds are meticulously maintained and are beautiful. The walkways and breezeways are kept clean at all times. They even allow large dogs(although, I do believe they have certain breed restrictions). They also have a little doggie«park» at the back of the complex which is gated so your friend can run around free in the outdoors off-lease for a while. Also, throughout the complex, they have little doggie«stations» where you’ll find baggies and a garbage pin to pick up after your friend. =) All the girls who work in the front office are just so friendly and they definitely remember you and welcome you every time you come in. I’ve lived in a lot of apartment complexes over the past 23 years and this is the best one I have ever lived in. It truly felt like home! I didn’t give 5 stars because I don’t believe any apartment complex is completely perfect. A minor problem may arise every now and then, and we did have a few minor problems occur from time to time. But again, none that were not handled in a professional manner. I also didn’t give it 5 stars because it is in Davenport just off of I-4, so unless you work at Disney, the commute into O-Town isn’t exactly a short one. In my opinion though, this apartment complex does come as close to perfection as any apartment complex can. I urge you to head out and take a look around at the apartments for yourself.
