Alta Corners

Lived here almost six months now. Ever since moving in I have been constantly looking for a new place. Complex is gated, but as you’ve read it’s broken a lot. Area outside gate is very sketchy and see a lot of people lingering. Won’t use dog park bc it’s simply cheap mulch and isn’t regulated and I’m not bringing bugs back to my apt. Three times these last two weeks I’ve had people (prob not residents) playing SOCCER in the courtyard until 1 or 2 a.m. Tried looking for a courtesy officer number and guess what… there is none. Just a ‘good neighbor pledge’. We see how well that’s going. Very upset.

I just called this apartment complex to get info. By the looks online I was for sure it was going to be amazing. I would have been ready to fill out an application and move in ASAP. The very moment the lady picked up the phone I could tell she was annoyed to be at work. Every question was answered with an attitude. I asked how much rent would be and she said in an attitude «Rates changes daily Just to let you know» I told her that was fine that I would be interested in filling out the application today to hold the price if I had to. Then she breathed real hard in the phone in a way that seemed like she was not wanting to sell the apartment or that she was annoyed! Then I heard someone walk in the office and she said very rude and abruptly «I WILL BE WITH YOU IN A MOMENT!» In a very very rude way. I feel bad for whoever that was. She definitely made me feel uncomfortable and made me feel as if she did not care about any of the tenets. She even told me «I don’t know why you don’t just go to apartment hunters to get all this information it is all there.» There was so so so much more rude moments in this phone call but I don’t think I can fit it all on here. Lets just say I will be looking else where to live.

I have lived here a year and the gate is always broken, there’s a lot of snakes on the property and the dog park has fleas and they don’t do anything to fix any of these problems. Also the front office staff are very rude. I had to call the manager everytime I had an issue to get anything done.

Take it from those who actually rent here, it’s a very nice complex. We just renewed our lease for a 2^nd year. So far we’ve been very happy. Maintenence requests are always taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. Pool and fitness areas are always clean and well maintained. Our 3 bedroom unit is very spacious, with a nice balcony.
It’s standard practice for a rental complex to change rental rates based on many different factors. We were given a discount because of where I work. Rates are comprable with many complexes in the area but based on our past experiences with other rental complexes, Alta Corners is by far the best value.

Terrible, I agree with Scott R. I was mislead by their web site and went down there to rent 1 bedroom apartment for $ 757. When I got there — first they asked me for my info and e-​mail (do not give them your e-​mail — they will flood you with a junk e-​mail and even if you ask them to remove you — e-​mail still keep coming in!!!) then they asked me what is my budget (red flag right there — tells you they playing games with you)
When I said — that I want to hear their offer — she offered me the cheapest apartment for $ 900.00! When I said that prices on the web site are lower — she said that this is for immiediate move in. WHAT? It is a joke!

This place is a joke. Went to check out a apartment here and was told by leasing staff that the price of the apartments change daily. They change the prices every single day on their website. And they do. Then they go on Craigslist and post ads every hour for a completely different price. Much lower. And when you mention it to them they tell you it’s a typo. Check this out! It’s a shame because its a beautiful property but they are looking to see who is willing to give the most money on the apartment. While I was in the office 3 couples came in and all looked at the same type of apartment. They were given totally different prices. Then asked «what are you willing to pay»? «what’s your highest you will spend?» I think it’s sad because I like this place but knowing everyone is paying different prices kills me! It’s sick what they do. They will judge you by your look as well. You will see. Check Craigslist then check their website it’s actually funny.

We have lived here 4 months so far and LOVE it. The staff is outstanding. We are still scared children from ever changing, deteriorating office staff from other complexes but so far they have done nothing but impressed us with care and kindness. Nestled in the back roads on 192, just shy of 27, it is an ever growing area that really is up and coming in shopping, dining and convenience. Amenities are simple but well maintained and your floor plan is sure to impress.
