Never in my life have I EVER had German cockroaches. That being said, since the day I moved in, I have been battling these nasty things! Nobody in the front office takes it seriously and I had to call several times for anyone to come out here. I bet if they ripped up these disgusting counters, they would find thousands of cockroaches. I’m not sure if it’s my neighbors that have them and they spread, but stay away from this part of Ridgepoint! I will NOT be renewing my lease here. Find somewhere else to stay. Maybe Glen part of the community is nice, but not where I’m at.

Please refrain yourself from moving here. I promise you not only is the management team a joke but the rules do not apply to everyone the same. Jody is a poor excuse of an employee. When i first moved in the downstairs neighbor kept banging on there roof everytime i took a step in my apartement no matter what time of the day it was. When i called the office JODY told me that should leave the apartment so that the lady downstairs would not bang. Basically telling me «thats too bad, you should just go outside so she wont bang anymore, she probably works late». No one told me that when I moved into this apartment i was going to have to worry about everyones sensitivities. The rules change EVERYSINGLEDAY! To begin with it states in the lease that you are NOT allowed to have large breed dogs unless they are service dogs. There are more than 15 residents in my complex alone who have large breed dogs and NO they are NOT service dogs. Maintenance is NEVERONTIME. It took them two weeks to come and fix my storage door, I fixed it myself. The window has been cracked since the day i moved in 2÷1÷14 and i am still waiting for them to fix it and it is now July. The rules also state that you are not allowed to fish in the lake, everyone fishes in the lake and no one on the management team enforces the rules even though they drive past them. The gym door has a sign that states you may bring a guest with you, residents bring their ENTIRE family(which is supposed to be approved by the main office and everyone is suppose to pay $ 50 fee per person for an FRDCHIP). I brought my niece and I wasn’t even allowed in the door because apparently children need to be 18 or older yet they have women who bring there small children, babies even, to the gym yet the rules are never enforced then. I feel that the office team is biased with certain residents. Oh! I almost forgot the buildings are GROSS! Never do they clean. I honestly regret the. moment I even thought that Cagan Crossings would be a place I would call home. Giving this place one star is waaaaaaaay too generous of me. Im from Miami, them lower income area and i can Tell you that living the section 8 housing was more pleasent than living one day in these apartments. DONOTMOVEIN!

The apartments at the glen are beautiful. The master bathroom has a garden tub and the kitchen is very nice and big. Walk in closets are very spacious and the area is great. I love the pool and the new gym.

It’s pretty much a great place to live. My apartment is very spacious for a 2 bedroom. I wish our back patio was screened in or had railing at least and not just wide open. I do have to deal with some very noisy neighbors upstairs, which I would constitute to cheaply built apartments. The parking sucks throughout the entire complex. With that being said, I have lived here for almost 3 years and I have pretty much enjoyed it.
