i am very impressed with the entire staff at the champions gate chilis, brought my family in as we just moved to the area, wow’d at the front door by smiling faces, and again as server approached our table. exellent service exellent food, thank you for a wonderful evening… totally wow’d

Chilis, right, si vienes, sabes a qué. En nuestro caso fue una buena experiencia por lo del Ziosk. La primera ves que lo usamos, no es más que una tablet, pero permitió que Patricio estuviera entretenido mientras llegaba la comida, además de que pudimos pagar y pedir refills. El servicio muy bien, la comida: mhee, Chilis like.

I ordered Togo about 30 minutes ago, whoever took my order (2 buffalo chicken salads) was very friendly and read back the order and everything was how it should be. I go and pick it up and surprised as to how dead it was at the bar, I was the only one sitting there waiting. The bartender greeted me and rang me up. Came back and looked to see if I had tipped him/​signed the slip and I left. I drove off to notice I didn’t get any napkins or silverware? I mean it’s a Togo order, you would think they’d have that nailed down by now. My last bar tending and serving jobs I had it was routine to add to any and all Togo bags. I get to my location and no sauce on the side like I asked, no croutons like I asked. Should I wonder if one of them (that had no mods) even have the dressing on it? Or was it supposed to come on the side? I would hate to have to order from this location on a busy night if this is how things are handled on a slow afternoon day while a storm is going on outside. Excuse us while we eat our dry chicken salads.

All good here. Food service price. Excellent server, Richard, kept us entertained. Of course we will be back.

Let preface this by saying that I am not overly picky, I tip well and I am a fair reveiwer.
The visit last night for my wife’s birthday was in the Top 3 worst experiences I’ve had in my 45 yrs.
The greeter/​seater didn’t want to bring us a high chair as requested from the start. Then proceeded to argue about a high chair at the end of the table.
The server was probably the most unaware, incompetent person I’ve dealt with in a while… Couple of specific things stood out. She brought drinks to the table, plopped them in the middle of the table and said, «did you order Sprite?», we said,“No” and she just walked away, never to be brought up again or take the drink away… Everytime she asked a question she’d walk away before you could answer.
We order a burger that specifically had mango BBQ sauce, the burger didn’t have it on it or on the side. Had to ask for it 3 times and when she finally brought it… it was ketchup.
We never saw her again… so we just paid at the kiosk and left as fast we could.
We won’t be back. My wife was literally in tears when we left, that’s how bad the experience was.
I didn’t even get to the crappy food and presentation.
Clearly this Chili’s counts on the line of tourists they can treat like crap night after night and not have to worry about how it affects them.
You’ve got serious competition building on both sides. Keep this crap up and you’ll be out of business in 6 mos.

I cannot believe the awful service given by the server and the manager at this location. We ordered and informed the server about my allergy. When he brought my dish. I asked him again and he said just not to touch the quesadillas until he found out about that one. I then had some soup and when he came back, he said not to eat the soup. It was ridiculous. There was nothing else I could eat within my budget and they didn’t even offered to compensate me for making me wait and for their error. I got a rash so had to take a Benadryl. My Friday night was ruined. The manager didn’t even come back to my table to see how I was doing after tasting that soup. Terrible service. They don’t care about their customers. Don’t eat there.

Stay away. The employees were incompetent and rude. The food was inedible. This was a ToGo order placed online on a Sunday night. Order was due to be ready at 7:50. Finally walked out with a bag of inedible food at 8:45.
When we walked in the ToGo area it was mobbed with no employees to be found. When the woman finally appeared she rudely dealt with the crowd. She made a snide remark when I didn’t leave a tip on the credit card slip (I saw the writing on the wall– no way I was tipping for this cluster…). Then we waited. And waited. And waited.
There was no one to question– the girl hid in the back for the most part. When she did make an elusive appearance she told me they were just waiting for one side — the oven was backed up. When we finally got back to the hotel we found one hot side and 3 ice cold, congealed, inedible entrées. And the kicker? No silverware or napkins. I called and spoke to the manager on duty but she had no interest.
If you’re staying at the resort nearby you may be tempted to come here to escape the resort prices. DON’T!!! You’ll thank me later!

Food is great and chilis is one of my favorites but the staff needs some work. Long wait for service sometimes and they could use a lesson on service but I never have an issue at the bar. The bar staff is great and makes the best drinks.

If this is the one at champions gate, they need to clean! Made me question if the kitchen was as clean as the dining room. Poor customer service at reception, otherwise the servers are super stars.

My wife and I are locals and have eaten here 4 times. We have entered this establishment several more times however and had to walk out.
On several occasions (3+) we were sat as a two top and had nobody take our drink order or even say hello in the 10 minutes we were there. This occurred across a variety of times of day and different days of the week.
I just can’t tolerate poor service. Just a «table touch» or even a «hello» would have done wonders. Hopefully when the other restaurants currently under construction open next door it will show this Chili’s that they can’t rely on being the only option to drum up business. They’ll have to actually be a worthwhile establishment.
I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because of the young man who works the online order pick up desk was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. If only the rest of the staff were similar.

We love OUR bartender Dave! It’s the only reason we come to Chili’s, besides the 2−4−1 of course! When Ale house opens next door, Dave will be the reason we continue to visit Chili’s!

I live nearby, so I often carry-​out from this location. The carry-​out staff is very friendly and helpful. On the rare occasion that something was wrong with my order, they have made it right immediately. I order via the online app and, when I arrive, my wait is always less than 5 minutes.

Their Service was horrible in every aspect. The server took unreasonable amounts of time to check on our table. Our «tablet/​pay station» that was on our table did not belong to us. Ours was in a different table being use by someone else and because of this they charged us $ 1.00 fee for playing games that we did not played. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’ve been to different Chili’s before, but never had an experience like this. I don’t feel that my money was worth the service I was provided.

Absolutely atrocious customer service; came in as a last resort to try to eat with a party of 10 and the server at the front was rude, unhelpful, and borderline aggressive. It was clear that she didn’t want us there; no worries, Chili’s just lost 10 paying customers.

I used to not like Chili’s but I gave it another try and the past 2 times I’ve been there the food was amazing. I loved the fish tacos. Yum!

My office came here for lunch since it is the only sit down restaurant in our area. It was not too busy and everything came out together and in a timely manner, but our server was the least enthusiastic staff member. She made no suggestions and hardly spoke to us. She never once smiled and sometimes that makes all the difference.
I highly recommend getting a lunch combo! There is a lot of food for a really cheap price. I had the baked potato soup as the starter and was really impressed! Tons and tons of cheese, very creamy, hot and good portion size. For the meal, I had the smoked chicken quesadilla that comes with a jalapeño aioli sauce to die for! It’s not super spicy, but it has just a kick of the pepper to add flavor to the quesadilla. It was loaded with chicken, cheese and red peppers. This also came with fries that had plenty of seasoning and were cooked to perfection. The whole meal came to $ 8!!! It was so much I couldn’t even finish it all.

When a friend suggested that we meet here for a late lunch before heading in separate directions to finish our respective days, I’ll admit – I was hesitant. Chili’s is one of those restaurants that I equate with «Well, nothing else is open, so…»
I’m so glad to report on my very pleasant gastronomic surprise over this visit!
I admit to almost always being a sucker for pretzel roll, so I ordered the Southwestern BLT Toasted Sandwich (applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, fresh sliced tomato & seasoned mayo on a toasted pretzel roll) with the Southwest Chicken Soup (oven-​roasted chicken, hominy & tomato in a flavorful ancho-​chile chicken broth, topped with crispy tortilla strips & chopped cilantro). At the time, I only ate the soup, and took the sandwich with me. The soup was excellent! Flavorful, hearty, with a little kick that didn’t overwhelm me! I’m a soup person, (I love soup!) and I’d get this one again in a heartbeat!
I ended up eating the sandwich later, cold from the fridge… and it was delicious. I’d joyfuly order this again as well!
The service was fine, a bit lackluster by the end, but you now can pay at your table (HANDY!), and all I needed to get was the to-​go box, which took longer than it should have, but wasn’t interminable.
Thank you, Chili’s, for upping the chain restaurant ante!

I can say i am a regular here.
My fav server is Autumn: she always goes above and beyond for me.
Food is most of the time excellent, and the drinks are gd… Always happy hours.
My fav bartender is Dave: if you like rum… Have him make you rum runners on the rocks!!!

Had the most amazing experience here! Unfortunately we are can’t be regulars here but the service we received here was above and beyond what you could ever expect from any establishment! Coming as a bar manager both my Girlfriend and myself have been in the service industry for 10+ years and cannot say enough about our time here.
We broke down on our way to Orlando and were stuck at the ⁷⁄₁₁ across the street. We decided we needed a drink and food before taking the tow back to Tampa. We were greeted by Kristen who could possibly be my favorite bartender ever. Not only did she greet us as soon as we sat down but took stock into our car problems. So much so she brought the nicest guy I’ve meet Rob, the manager on duty, who not only told us what might be wrong with our car but also offered to take a look at the car when they slowed down.
Can not say enough that it was a breath of fresh air to have this type of service and we are already talking about staying at one of the hotels up the road just to come back and have another amazing experience with these wonderful people.
Also the Jameson and beer was cheap and the food was perfect! Get here and enjoy this great place!

So Chili’s is one of the only sit down chain restaurants that we have in Davenport. There is no Friday’s, Applebee’s, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, etc, so this place is frequently hopping.
I like to come and sit in the bar because margaritas are always 2 for 1 in the bar and you always get free chips and salsa in the bar and chips and salsa are one of my greatest vices in life. I never know when to stop.
I’m very into soup. I love a good soup and Chili’s Chicken Enchilada Soup is one of my favorite soups anywhere. I order it every time I go to Chili’s. If you’ve never had it, you should try it. It is creamy, and cheesey with just a little bit of spice. They sprinkle tortilla strips and cheese on top. If you are still hungry for dessert might I recommend the skillet cookie.
