Infinity Salon & Spa

This place worked wonders on my hair. Left really satisfied. Tess did an amazing job and made it really comfortable and was very social and sweet the entire time. Personally think this place is pretty pricey but you get quality coloring. Getting a highlight with a lowlight was $ 130 and then I got a $ 20 conditioning. Only giving 4 stars only because the price.

Hands down best salon atmosphere around. Customer service is exceptional — Kassi did an amazing job with my cut — color and eyebrows and is truly wonderful at her profession. Great place with wonderful staff!

Went to have a manicure & pedicure… I was greeted very nicely by the front desk women & she showed me to my pedicure chair & offered me a drink. Very nice touch. Although I didn’t realize that I would be waiting 20 minutes for my person to come to the room. She eventually arrived & very quickly went through the pedicure with no massage. Then went for my gel manicure that looked very nice, however it peeled off the next day. Several times I tried to reschedule to have them ready done per the professional. However there was always a reason as to why she could never get me in… I finally gave up.
During a 1 hour back massage, the girl was texting on her phone also! Seems to me that the only person who took their job seriously was the women at the front desk.

This is a very nice salon with great stylist everyone thats done my hair here has done a great job the staff is so friendly and they are very reasonably priced compared to other salons you get the same quality work from

Love this place more and more each time I come here! Fantastic salon! Great stylists! Infinity Salon in downtown Davenport is absolutely a 5 star salon experience. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I just got married over the weekend and I had the best experience at Infinity! I was a little anxious after my first hair trial with a different stylist, but the owner KT assured me everything would be ok and she was going to make it right. I came in for a second trial on the day before the wedding and switched stylists to Tess. I almost cried after the trial because I was so happy! Tess did such an amazing job, I had so many compliments on my big day. She really took the time to ask questions and really understand what look i was going for. This salon really knows what outstanding customer service is and really knows how to make you feel great about yourself.
I had my make-​up done my Kathleen and it was also amazing! She is such a sweet girl and really knows what she is doing! She too, took the time to really understand what look i was going for and accomplished it!
I planned my wedding in the QC from Chicago, so I went out on a limb going with this salon, knowing nothing about them, but I made the best decision!
I would highly recommend this salon to anyone, especially brides! hair and make-​up can be so stressful because you just want to look good on your wedding day, and Infinity Salon helped make me feel amazing

I love the atmosphere and the friendly staff, but…$ 28 for a haircut that didn’t include washing the hair?
I brought my 12 yr old to get a much needed hair cut. I was so excited for her to get pampered! When I saw her skip the best pampering part –washing the hair!!! My heart sunk. I was thinking «Really? Her hair hasn’t been washed in 2 days lady! Can’t you tell?!» I thought I was bringing her into an upscale salon, not an overpriced Crew Cuts! She left with a mediocre hair cut and a greasy smelly scalp, and charged me $ 28
