BE PREPARED WHEN YOU MOVE OUT TO PAY AN OUTRAGEOUS FEE! Before I moved out, my experience was great. Noise levels were down and the maintenance guys are so friendly and quick to fix things. The office girls on another hand aren’t so friendly, but It didn’t bother me. They have improved with the parking situation by assigning permits to each person on the lease. My only issue is when I moved out, they charge an arm and a leg for ANY LITTLE THING! I’ve asked some people and they said they tried to charge them $ 350-​$ 850 once they moved out. They kept my deposit and then want to charge me additional fees. For example they are replacing 2 blinds (I knew only 1 needed replaced, but not 2) and they charged me $ 70!!! FOR ONLY 2 BLINDS?!?
