I called Absolute Pressure Cleaning Service after having had terrible luck with another «company.» I needed to pressure wash the second story windows of my new townhouse house, which were covered in pigeon droppings. Yuck! The first company came on a Saturday and said they would return the next day more prepared to tackle the issue. The guy didn’t come back until Tuesday (after I called him 100 times) and he STILL didn’t the finish the job!!! I should’ve just called Absolute! Despite the short notice, they tried extremely hard to fit me in on Thursday, since I had guests coming over on Friday. When they couldn’t make it, their employee Danielle was extremely apologetic and promised to make me a priority the next day… and they did. A technician showed up to my house the next morning and tackled the problem. He even pressure washed the downstairs windows for me and the backyard patio which was covered in some greenish mold substance. He finished before my guests arrived and I’m so happy with the work he did. I will be using this company again in the future and I would recommend them to anyone. These guys are the best! I had my roof pressure cleaned and backyard pavers cleaned and sealed. Quick on site inspection and estimate and quick job scheduled. They were on time on and completed the job as promised. Great work. The roof looked brand new and the paver job was perfect. They are also very well insured which other companies I looked at were not. I am 100% satisfied and intend to call use them when it is time to paint my house. Call and hire this company and you will be saying the same thing I am saying in this review.

UPDATE: The owner of the company, Shannon, called me personally and made me feel completely comfortable with the situation and remedied my frustration. While I had already booked with another company, I would definitely call Absolute Pressure Cleaning Services LLC again.
FIRST TIME CALLER: I’ve called 3 times on separate occassions trying to get an estimate and have been brushed off/​ignored all 3 times. The third time, the girl I spoke with hung up on me before I could even ask her name. All I needed was a quote for a roof/​awning powerwashing. Maria was the most helpful (first phone call) but still no one called me back to speak with me about anything I needed, the second girl said she would make my message urgent but still no response and the third girl I spoke with was flat out rude. After getting the run around I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I called several places and Absolute gave me the best price in town! Their service was top-​notch and Jenn was quick to respond to my email. I told her that I won’t be home because I have a busy schedule with work but Jenn assured me that the job will still be done without a problem. When I came home, the roof, patio, and driveway was super clean! They really did a great job and I highly recommend their service. I will use them again in the future.

Absolute Pressure are not the typical Florida contractors. They showed up on time, were responsive to texts and calls and made all the arrangements to my convenience. Furthermore, their pricing was a lot lower compare to the one proposed by my property managers. On the day of cleaning they showed up on time and even cleaned my sidewalks as a bonus in addition to the roof. This was seamless experience. Got your roof dirty? Look no further. Absolute is the right choice.

Great pressure cleaning service. They cleaned the tile roof on our house as well as the fence around the yard. They were on– time, professional and did the job at a fair price. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.
