Horrible Customer Service. I contacted them 3 – 4 days ago and left a message via the Internet. When nobody replied I called and someone promised to get back to me. When nobody got back to me I called again and finally someone said they’d be over to give me an estimate. A few calls later and today they decided they aren’t interested in doing the painting. If you are looking for good customer service and a reliable painting company, look elsewhere. I have the dates and times and the names of everyone I spoke with. I hope this thumbs down review will save other people from a bad experience. And a little while ago I got a call and the man said (I won’t put his name here) he was sending someone over to give me an estimate. I told him I already received a call from his # and the person said they’re not interested in the job and he said that was a mistake and he’ll send someone over. I had a funny feeling it was because he read my review. Then 10 minutes later he calls back and says Unilocal called him about my review. I said they don’t call, they send a message and I had a feeling he read my review and that was why he called to say there was a misunderstanding & he would send someone over. Well, the wind up is — he asked me to remove/​delete my review and I refused. He told me what goes around comes around. Sounds nasty to me. He said I must have problems with lots of people but he’s mistaken. I’ve written several great reviews and intend to keep doing so. I like good customer relations, honest, hard-​working people, and when they are not, I don’t want to do business with them. The end. Thanks for reading.
