You made my physically handicapped mother get out of the car to verify that she was here for a «one per person» promotion.
I don’t care what your policy says, how dare you do that to a customer and cut them off when they’re trying to explain the situation. Don’t treat your customers like they’re all conning and scamming you, it leaves a bad impression and a sour taste in their mouths.
Management here was a complete joke to deal with, don’t come to this location if you can help it.

Not a big fan based on their overtly anti-​gay policy. I am personally not gay, however I do support personal choice. I will never eat here again.

Love love love chick fil a, this is the first place we went after getting off the plane. At 5pm they were pretty packed but the line went quickly and our order for 5

It was about 6 o clock. It was raining and the line for the drive thru was packed so we had to go inside.
I get inside, not too busy. The food is usually worth the wait but tonight had to be the night. I eat here because everything else near by is trash or not prepared correctly. I walk up to the register and order a salad with no chicken and bacon. Simple. I go to take a seat and wait for my food, and I hear the employee’s in the back mocking me and my order because I didn’t want they’re swine. Gotta love that customer service.

This place is crazy busy!!! But the service is incredible! I see why people like this location. I always stop during the night and the kids that work here are so warm and polite. Love it

Not a huge fan of fast food, but I actually like Chik fil a. Their grilled chicken nuggets are a healthy delicious alternative to fried.
Breakfast is over at 10:30 so if you want that spicy chicken biscuit, no late morning starts.

It’s chik fil a… What can I say. Food is the same the world around, and the service is predictably awesome. There’s a reason chik fil a is Americas top fast food restaurant, and we certainly do our fair share of supporting them! Probably eat here 4 – 5 times per week between breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Chick-​fil-​A is my go to place for fast food. I really, really like Chick-​fil-​A. This location, like every one I’ve ever been to is clean, friendly and efficient despite massive crowds at times. The employees are so dang friendly.
I love the Chick-​Fil-​A sandwich, but have mostly been ordering the chicken strips lately. They taste soooooo good and have about 100 calories fewer than the sandwich. And I get to dip them! Yes!
I am so happy they have the diet lemonade. It is great. I wish more restaurants had a low calorie, non-​caffeinated drink (other than water) that wasn’t diet coke.
Tip: don’t ever order a milkshake unless you want to be tempted to order one every time you go. They are that good. I wish I didn’t know.

One of the few fast food places that serves meat you don’t question. And unlike New York, this place actually serves the full menu! I’ve been deprived of the milkshakes.
Went in to order to go since it was lunch time and the drive thru line was super long. We noticed that aside from the normal speaker thing that you order from they also have ppl outside with iPads ready to take your order as you drive by– that was pretty cool.
Anyways, straightforward menu, but I highly recommend the cookies and cream milkshake! I tried the frosted lemonade and it was interesting. Liked it, but I’d still get the cookies and cream next time!
Salads are fresh and a good portion, but they have gotten smaller.

So when I saw how crazy packed this location was on a Friday afternoon, I was shocked and worried. What I soon learned was, there was no need for that.
This location, in terms of service, is absolutely excellent. Let’s just say the drive thru line wrapped around the building and down the street, and inside the line was really long. However, they were SO quick. We were in line for no more than 3 minutes. Our food came out really quickly and was brought to our table. There’s a fantastic team working here. Even the managers are taking care of both big and little things. It was such a pleasant thing to experience.
Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. I do love chick-​fil-​a food in general anyways.
But yeah — service is phenomenal. Don’t get the least bit intimidated by long lines. They know how to handle it just fine.

This is my go-​to spot for «fast food.» I used to go to the one in Orlando by UCF and they never disappoint. I brought my boss to this location since she has never tried it. (I know I’m in shock too!) And now, every time we go out for food, this is where she wants to go.
This place keeps me coming back because of the delicious food and they always get the modifications right. (no pickles). But mostly for the outstanding customer service. The associates always greet you with a smile from ear to ear; they are always polite and friendly. ALWAYS!
Today, Jessica, an actual person… not the box, took out order outside and we paid with her too, loving the fast service. At the window, a young gentleman (name starts with E) was very polite, read our order back to us, gave us our receipt to sign and a young lady Chantal gave us our drinks. The people working here are customer service people, they enjoy what they do and enjoy working for this company. In South Florida you are not used to this, it is definitely a breath of fresh air.
Of course, food was good too! But KUDOS to your staff!

I’ve avoided Chick-​fil-​A for the latter portion of the past decade with the assumption that all proceeds of their earnings went to anti-​gay groups and concentration camps but after having won the arduous battle toward equality (GAY RIGHTS!) I figured what harm could one sandwich do? (Except to my thighs, amiright!!!)
We placed three different orders, each being a combo. It was quite busy for a Wednesday and the girls taking the orders outside in the drive thru were quite helpful. It wasn’t until we made it to the window that problems came up.
We asked for extra sauce for our meals knowing that Chick-​fil-​a has a one sauce per bag policy and we were informed that the sauce was already in the bag. Right right right… But can we get some extra sauce? They said they already gave her four but they managed to squeeze in one extra packet into the bag. Five packs for three meals??? I dip EVERYTHING that comes with a combo into those sauces. I dip the fries in it, the nuggets, sauce to dip my sandwich, my lemonade, SAUCE EVERYWHERE but how am I supposed to dip everything when I’m splitting five packs of sauce between three people and I need three packs of Polynesian sauce for my fries alone?
When we got back to eat our takeout, there were a few other issues with our order. We ordered two 8 piece nugget meals but each box only contained six… Hate crime or them watching out for my weight? You decide.
Overall the service was quick and efficient, much better than a previous trip I took on Sunday where I waited in the drive thru line for thirty minutes before giving up and leaving… That’s right, I wasn’t acknowledged for thirty minutes with no one in line! But despite our lack of sauceage and numerical errors, it was great to be back on the Chick-​fil-​a bandwagon after years apart.

Best Fast Food! Costumer Service is great. I order drive thru and I was with my dog. They eve give him a doggy Cooke. That was a nice touch !!

Discount for military is now 10%. Which is still generous.
I must ask why did you put in a kiddy play area with a door? I see parents dropping their kids in there and leaving. This is the most annoying area to have to sit by! Instant babysitter for parents. This makes me downgrade a star as I think kids should always be supervised by their parent! They should be grateful they have them.
My chicken sandwich is delicious and juicy! Sweet ice tea a perfect companion!

Definitely one of the better Chick-Fil-A’s in the area, always on point and getting orders out quickly. My faves are the Spicy Chick-​Fil-​A Sandwich and the Grilled Deluxe Chicken Sandwich.
As far as breakfast goes, CFA has some of the besr in fast food, most notably the Spicy Chicken Biscuit and the Breakfast Burritos. A grear go to if you don’t have time for a sit down meal.

I am glad to see that have add an employee to help with the congestion at the drivethru. Hats off to the ownership group

Home of the most amazing grilled chicken, scrumptious fried chicken, spectacular waffle fries, and the most delectable sauces ever.

So upset at this Chicfila it will cost the company overall with my business. This location has extreme policies of fighting coupons and they nickel and dime their customers. They are extremely busy and in no need of money.
I will be boycotting this location and letting people know about the policies. Its a shame because I’m a regular and go for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Time to hit up a different venue. See you Chicfila Davie.
Staff doesn’t listen either. Too many new people and new policies — no other Chicfila in the area operates in a CHEAP, RUTHLESS, GREEDY way. I’ll be sure to tell all my students, friends, & family.
