Awful! Highly unprofessional and end product way below par. I have since learned that the current owners took over from very competent people and are still riding on the reputation the previous owners established … Do not fall for this! I created my own template meticulously, and the glass I received was wavy. (This is to cover a piece of furniture that has a bowed front — the glass came out with a wavy curve). Of course my template is the excuse but not only did I absolutely make it perfectly, any other glass cutter would nonetheless create a perfect curve. It’s like when you use a compass Vs drawing an arc by hand. They did their work by hand … And it appears as though their hand was very unsteady. This isn’t even the end of it. I was called to pick up my glass, if I needed any of their workers to assist I needed to be there between 8:00−9:00 (rush hour) so I opted to bring a friend. When we get there we find out that a huge glass weighing a lot is blocking mine… And asked if I could come back. How professional is this? Never mind that I travelled ½ hr (one way). I needed to return at a later day to retrieve my order, even though it was ready and they had called me and told me to come anytime. Never again.

I hired Davie Glass to custom make and install a frame-​less enclosure for my shower.
1. took over a month to deliver a product that they said would take «a week to 10 days» to be delivered and installed. They kept blaming their supplier when ultimately they are the ones responsible to me.
2.After the product was installed, I called them because the door hits a corner of the shower when fully open and I am concerned it can shatter (the door opens more than 90 degrees and stops with the corner). I wanted to see if there is something that can be done to prevent the door from opening more than 90 degrees. They were so rude tome… the owner raised his voce and told me to «stop talking». After at first denying that there is anything that can be done, the owner then told me there is a part that can fix the problem but refused to come and install it.

mom and pop shop. i called to get a glass top for a table. they only take cash or check .i had to go in and pay and wait two days for a small piece cut for the top of a table. they finished the edges and corners nicely /​34 inch glass is the thickness i purchased. i think. feel…that it was pricey for the small piece i got. i noticed that they had a few pieces for pickup. mirrors…shower doors. i think you cant go wrong if you are in the area.
