I have never been disappointed. Dining in, takeout, or delivery has always been a pleasure. Friendly staff & great service. My son is gluten free & he loves their gluten free pizza. From the baked wings, garlic rolls, pizza, antipasto salad, you name it, everything is great!

Pizza loft is strategically placed among the outparcel of Nova offices by the university in Davie. Seems to be a hit with locals and students alike, fast food, homemade style, take out and dine in, the overall convenience is reason enough, but the food, well just like-a mama used to make! A few people and myself we there for a mandatory course, already being cranky due to the amount of traffic I had to beat and missing my morning Starbucks because of it, it was reason enough to chow down at lunch. They have a 2-slice and soda for $ 4.99 deal, that’s what I went for, I added ham to my slices and got a coke. We were seated quickly, the décor is outdated but seems so old family style that you can’t judge it. We were given a basket of garlic bread to start. It was so warm, fluffy, and buttery topped with golden garlic pieces — so delicious. The slices came fast and service was excellent. Thin New York style slices with plenty of cheese, I was a very happy girl! Thanks for lunch Pizza Loft! I hope you stick around even after the teaching hospital is built!

Good family sit down pizza and Italian. Went with the kids, they enjoyed the food as well as the pizza dough they were given to play with. Its actually fun for the adults too. You will find yourself breaking off a piece for yourself and then halving it with your spouse because there’s really a kid in all of us! Ok back to the pizza. was good. Garlic rolls were good too. Ambiance was ok, I would definitely go back. Wish I could give it more stars closer to 4 but it was all good just not«wow». Server Michelle(i think was her name) was a sweetheart. Nice welcoming staff and quick service.

Not sure about the bad reviews but I have ordered from here plenty of times and the pizza has always been good. I ordered a medium cheese pizza with half mushroom. It was really good. Thin, crispy crust, and not too saucy– just how I like it.

Garlic rolls are delicious! The pizza was good, little more sauce would’ve made it better. Happy they offer delivery, but really should have a website to order from. Like many, I live nearby in an apartment complex and my phone signal inside isn’t the greatest. If I’m ordering delivery from a block away, I really don’t want to go outside to use the phone. I’m in lazy mode!

Was at an event today right next to Pizza Loft, and food from here was delivered. Judging from the outside of the restaurant I had a feeling it would be pretty awful pizza, but it actually want too bad! I didn’t actually eat there, but as far as I know everything was delivered on time and such. I was surprised by all of the different pizzas they had to offer! I went for one slice with tomatoes. It said«margherita» on the box, but I’m pretty sure you can’t just throw a few tomato slices on a piece of cheese pizza and call it a margherita pizza. Regardless, it wasn’t too bad! I also had a slice of the plain cheese. Wasn’t like the best pizza I’ve had, but it was enjoyable. It was a little too bread-y, like the crust was too dense or something, I’m not really sure what the issue was there. We also had a salad that was pretty good, I liked the dressing. The garlic knots were incredible, perfect amount of butter, garlic, other spices. Also a crispy outside and a warm soft inside. Excellent! I would recommend coming just for the garlic knots

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years!!! Great place! I always order the fugazza with cheese on top and onions! It is their specialty pizza and it is AMAZING! It has a thicker dough and a second layer of cheese. It takes a little longer to get, sometimes I call in and order ahead! As for the place itself, it is nothing fancy, but the service is always friendly and the owner often comes around and asks about the food. Shockingly, I have NEVER ordered anything else, but if the rest of their extensive menu is ANYTHING like the fugazza, WOW!!! This place rocks!!!

Meh. Maybe I’m not in the know and missed out on some fabulous deals. But for $ 26, I’d expect a kick ass large pepperoni pizza and dozen garlic. It was medium, at best, and really nothing special. Not worth the price, in my opinion.

Worst pizza I had in USA. I ordered 4 slice of pizza with chicken and pepper topping with 2 soda(actually its 2slice and a soda pack) and charged 18 $, I expected too much for the money I paid. But received pizza not even worth a penny. Its like ready cooked cheese pizza topped with Rubber like chicken and reheated(check my pic). Worst pizza one could have. Never go and recommend to any pizza fan.

This place is great! It’s become my regular«go-to» place for delivery(Wait…can I still call it «go-to» when I have it delivered? Hmmmm…) when I’m too tired to cook and mess up the kitchen. I’m relatively new to Davie and found out about them when I had a free pizza coupon given to me when I moved into my apartment. The cheese pizza is delicious(NOT greasy! Maybe the people that say it’s greasy got pepperoni on it?) and it’s just as good the next day for lunch at work. I’m also addicted to the meatball parmesean sub — I just tried it for the first time tonight and all I can say is… YAGOTTATRYIT! My sister is addicted to the Philly Steak and Cheese with onions and peppers. Every time we order she gets it! The delivery is fast and the food always arrives HOT. The soda pop is really cold, too. The delivery guys are ALL super nice and the girl who answers the phone is great. The only thing we DON’T like about the Pizza Loft… is the garlic rolls. They are just soaked in butter/oil and are more like simple dinner rolls with butter and garlic dumped on them… not even close to the knots shown in the photograph on the menu. Which is okay. We love enough other food on the menu that it doesn’t matter. :) I’ve been ordering here for months… and I am very happy and content with my deliveries. And full. I’m very full.

This is a local family owned restaurant. I have never had anything less than great service. The staff make sure you feel like family. They have the best garlic rolls I have ever had. I have tried at least half of their menu and have never been disappointed. That will take care of any special requests without question. Very kid friendly. I am a father of triplets so that is very important to me. Defiantly a family favorite.

Ugh. I think I’ve had pizzaloft enough times at school functions to write a fair review. It’s not good at all. I am told that if you go to the actual restaurant, it’s a whole other ballgame, but I am really not willing to try it out and waste money. I have gotten free pizza, pasta, and salads from here at different club meetings and functions at school on 5+ occasions. Let the fact that I didn’t pay for this sway you in no way. The pizza is SUPER greasy. To the point where even 3 – 4 napkins won’t get all of it off and the slices are weird sizes. Too small to fold and yet too flimsy to eat on their own. I found myself wanting a fork and that’s pizza sacrilege. I also didn’t want to finish it but I was starving. Then I got indigestion. The salads have HUGE slices of tomato and onion to the point where you need a knife. I didn’t have one so it was hard to eat. Banana peppers weren’t fresh and neither were the mushrooms, lettuce was wilted. Garlic bread again was so greasy it needed to be put on Accutane. Pasta I haven’t even finished. Had a few bites but couldn’t stomach. As an Italian I don’t call any of what I tried pasta. I’ve had frozen pastas from Publix that came out better. If you’re looking to order takeout from here, SAVEYOURMONEY. The orders are slapped together so fast and nothing tastes good at all. Perhaps the restaurant service and food is better, but I think it looks poor for a business to have such a disconnect between the quality of their in house product and their takeout if that’s truly the case.

The sauce is not the best but the pizza is great. The portions are a good size and the prices are affordable. I’ve had takeout from here a few times. Usual chicken Parm sub, with a large cheese pizza. I’m sure the sauce isn’t homemade, it had that canned taste to me, which is a turn off. The chicken is succulent and a large portion, and topped with mozzarella cheese, toasted soft bread a perfect combo. The pizza is thin crust NY style, but not crispy, more soft and pillowy dough which is good too. I’ll order from here again, good pizza good prices.

Remember seeing the Samsonite luggage commercials back in the 70’s where Gorilla’s were having their way with them and not a scratch, so, you ran out to Sears and bought a set? You didn’t think much about carrying them from the closet to the bed, to the car, to the airport, to the motel, to the bed, and back to the airport, to the taxi, back to your bed, then finally back to the closet. Year after year everything’s cool until that first time you saw the Yuppie pulling his extendable handled 2-wheeler, that’s when you parked them forever. But you never got rid of them, that’s Pizzaloft people. Pizzaloft was started by a Fella named Cohen back in the 70’s in Miami when the New Yorkers were pretty much only coming down for the winter, but back then he stayed and left his mark. Pizzaloft pizza was some of the first more than decent if not very good pizza we could get our hands on down here and I jumped on the bandwagon pretty early on myself. But something changed and what changed was people from the Big Apple started to move here and open pizza joints, and finally Florida Crackers like myself got a taste of a real NY style pie. The real deal NYC pizza joints down here now are the roll-away’s. Pizzaloft God bless their heart could not keep up. Fortunately for us and unfortunately for the Pizzaloft régime, we the people now have genuine NYC style pizza joints dotting the Dade and Broward area. I can’t totally dis these guys because they try. and try hard. The founder and owner Jeff Cohen actually still shows up to cook almost daily himself and who doesn’t love that. Bottom-line is they have above average pizza, but I do not recommend anything else on the menu, trust me this is just a pizza joint. But not all’s lost. If your not sure you’ve had real NYC style pizza hit this place up, you’ll probably like it. If you’re a Scout Leader bringing a bunch of «starving» 14 year old’s back from a camping trip in the Glades, hit this place up, they’ll love it.

As Unilocal says, «Yay! I’m a fan.» I must be. I have been coming here for several years now. Pizza Loft is a solid choice for pizza, which makes pizza addicts like me jump for joy with delicious melted cheesy goodness. I love the large pie with extra cheese aka«Large x-tra cheese.» I call them up and tell them I want to place an order for pick up, and hear the guy on the other end say, «For Tamela?» I say, «Yes!» I can hear all kinds of stuff going on in the background. This place is busy. But they get my order right. They have a lot of customers and even some famous ones with the Miami Dolphins camp just around the corner, but they know their regulars. They take good care of their customers. When I come in to pick up my pie, it’s ready and they have plates and napkins ready to go for me, because they know I like this. Everyone there is very polite and helpful. Even though I don’t get the pies delivered, I know the driver. He’s very friendly also when I see him getting his orders ready to go. Half the time, he’s the one holding the door open for me when I am leaving. Rarely do I eat in here, but when I have, the owner has introduced himself and has talked about how they prepare things on the menu. He takes a lot of pride in the food there. He was explaining how their Chicken Parm is served thick, but they can flatten it out on request, no worries. They are really eager to make the customer happy here. Back to the pizza. Like I said, I am a pizza addict. I think it is my go to food when I can’t figure out what sounds good. Pizza always sounds good to me. Thankfully, Pizza Loft is a call and a few minutes away, and I love how they treat their customers!

Small Slices. I’ve been wanting to hit this place since Neil Rogers used to talk about it on his radio show. I called in and get the lunch special, 2 slices with a drink for $ 4.99 plus tax. I show up get my slices noticed that it’s in a small pizza box. I look inside and there are two baby slices of pizza looking at me. WTF is this? I go to my car and drive back to work. I almost stopped at Taco Bell because I knew I was going to be hungry after woofing these things down. I eat them in minutes and they were good. Nothing wrong with the taste or crispness of the slices. They were ok. The size was crap. I suggest they raise the price a dollar and make the slice from a extra large pie like Pasquale’s in Coral Springs. Not recommending this place sorry Neil, GOD! RIP.

Pizza Loft is a local restaurant where you can feel at home. The employees here seem to genuinely care about making sure the patrons enjoy their dining experience. We tried the matzoh lasagna, eggplant parmigiana, chicken parmigiana, minestrone soup, garlic knots, steamed broccoli. All of our selections came with fresh house salads. Our server patiently answered all of our questions. All of our food was brought out promptly and was hot and delicious. My friend also tried the Passover tiramisu which was quite creamy and tasty. The prices were very good for what we ordered. So glad I had the chance to discover Pizza Loft!
