Worst experience ordering pizza. Ordered online and waited almost two hours before I decided to call and ask about the delay. I was immediately told they will refund my money, because they didn’t have enough drivers. Manager refused to speak to me. Told employees in background that she was two busy. Placed on hold by two different employees several times for over twenty minutes. Won’t be ordering from them again.

It was a shameful and awful experience. Being a loyal customer for a long time, my last order was a total humiliation. I work on weekends and always order pizza for my home alone kids and when the pizza arrived and my starving kids started to eat the driver took back the damn pizza because the credit card wasn’t present. Let’s all remember that this is Pizza Hut, not an award-winning culinary experience. With that being said, my experience exceeded my expectations. Food was done promptly and ready when I arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful, even asked if I wanted parmesan, which I forgot to ask for. This store raised my expectations of other Pizza Huts.
