The Laredo Group webinar training program is thorough and extremely beneficial. Also, when I experienced a few glitches with the transmission of the webinar (issues were with my connectivity), everyone at The Laredo Group helped to identify and resolve the issues promptly.

Spent $ 500+ on a course to get a certificate with my name spelled wrong.
sent the following email;
«While I enjoyed my seminar I have to say I am very disappointed that after the big check my company wrote to you, you could not take the time to make sure you spelled my name correctly on my certificate.»
Recieved this scathing response:
While your attitude is both unnecessary and unappreciated, and while you do not identify your company or which program you were in, the simple fact is that our certificates are generated automatically from the data entered by the registrant. In other words, whoever registered you spelled your name incorrectly… not us, and not in any effort to slight you or your company.
In any case, if you would be kind enough to identify the company and program you are referring to, we would be happy to generate and send a new certificate for you.
