I hate to write bad reviews but this place has the worst customer service. Ray has no personality and should not be working with the public. Go to the Dania Beach Blvd. location. They are much nicer. I would have gone there but I had to send a fax asap and this was closer.

There was no line, but I got there as soon as minutes before the store opened. Franklin (a manager) here was prompt with receiving the two packages I brought in.
This location was convenient enough for me after dropping off my son at school. The location was very small, indeed.

The employee that helped me mail back my prepaid Amazon package was AWESOME!!! We got into a random discussion about how one of the DVDs I was mailing back was the best show ever, and he was super helpful and somehow made mailing a box an enjoyable experience. It’s refreshing to deal with happy and helpful employees, which is a rare find nowadays.

Small UPS franchise kind of place.
Very narrow, understaffed and depressing but my visit was very simple as I was only returning a prepaid
package.
The employee wasnt friendly but he didnt make me wait in line to give him my package so i guess it was a wash
