SOME of the staff is friendly, but the food is inconsistent and they always seem to get my order wrong or forget something I’ve asked for. This place needs work.

If you’re looking for a good Wendy’s, I’d advise not to go here. Try the one on University Dr instead.
* The server got my drive thru order wrong, claimed it was my fault & didn’t change it.
* My sandwich was smashed and hastily made.
* I requested bbq sauce for my chicken nuggets, didn’t get any.
If it were not for the manager, who requested to redo my whole order and give me new food, I would’ve given it 2 stars.
I’m giving it 3 stars with the hopes that my fast food experience is not the generalized service.
