These guys suck. They didn’t tell us about their service charge until after the guy was already inside the apartment, blocking the front door with his set of tools. And when we called back later to ask why they didn’t tell us, «we don’t tell people because we assume they are in an emergency situation and need assistance right away.» Now maybe it’s just me, but emergency situation or not, I want to be notified of any fee I’m going to have to pay just because some guy shows up at my door, regardless if he does any work or not. I think their reason for hiding their service charge is more along the lines of «let’s take advantage of college kids who have never dealt with locksmiths before and don’t know about service charges.» And on top of that, when you do call to talk to anyone about what goes on, they hassle you(as if you’re wrong) in an attempt to bully you into dropping your accusations. One of the night managers even bragged to a fellow employee that he was«arguing with a customer.» Seriously? Oh, did I mention that the man who came out charged us a $ 40 service fee and when we talked to the GM we were told it was only supposed to be $ 35? Yeah. And the guy asked for the check to be made out to him, not a company. SHADY! I recommend busting in the door yourself, it will end up being less expensive and a lot more rewarding.
