The employees in this store are always extremely friendly and helpful when I pop in! I do feel that you can find some of the products cheaper elsewhere (even if you are a GNC member), but I’m perfectly willing to pay a few extra for great customer service.

6÷25÷14. I bought a shaker bottle today. At the counter I noticed the bottom of the container was broken. I pointed this out to the sales person and picked out an intact bottle.
He asked me to fill out a «return» form and explain why I was «returning» the bottle. When I pointed out I hadn’t even walked out of the shop another salesperson said my credit card had been billed so it was a return.
It was a surreal experience.

The people there are nice and polite I guess. But one thing really annoyed me was whatever I said I was looking for, they went straight to their gnc brand and trying to get me to buy those things. I guess they get commission or something. But when I asked for something else they just kept giving me this look that really annoyed me.

I don’t think this place is ever busy. The employees are always willing to help and I always have a nice conversation with them when I come in on my lunch break to look around. The store is clean and everything is organized neatly. Their return policy is also great. I have had to return a few things because I couldn’t stomach some of their protein mixes and they were very sweet about it and gave me my money back.

The employees here are extremely friendly and helpful.
Most of the ones I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with have been thoroughly knowledgable about what they’re selling!
The location is very convenient because it’s in the Marketplace that I frequent often for Petco, Peet’s Coffee, Safeway, and CVS. I often stop by here just to see if there’s anything new (they usually have some free sample chews at the counter!).
One time I got hooked up BIG time when I wanted to start using pre-​workouts but wasn’t sure where to start. I spent about $ 3 and left with $ 50 of free samples to help me figure out which one works best for me! It was awesome and I’m still testing all the different brands out! Thumbs up to this place.
