In N Out is as consistent as it gets from store to store, so need I say more? This particular time I devoured a cheeseburger with grilled onions + chopped chili and another hamburger same-way. Add a coke and fries to go along and I had myself another glorious visit to In N Out. This particular store is right off of the freeway, right off UC Davis campus and was clean/friendly/quick as any other store I’ve visited.

Must be the slowest, least careful in n out joint out there. Still, the food quality is good enough. It’s just what you expect from an In N Out. Go inside. The drive through is just a pain. Seriously.

Just another standard In-N-Out in Davis! Been to some many in California and Nevada that I forget which one I’ve been to. The layout of this location is interesting because the drive-thru line sometimes spills into the adjacent gas station. Service was quick and clean. Just another no non-sense In-N-Out!

Delicious every time! If you mention you have a gluten/wheat allergy(and want the protein style burger), the burgers are handled separately and are grilled on a separate grill. I really appreciate their care about that! Please set up a location in Boston! This location was very busy on a Friday lunch time — lots of teams and students. But the order came out decently fast.

Sorry for being MIA for a month. I decided to play catch up and write a few reviews a day due to all the traveling that was taking place for the month of February. Yes, In-N-Out Burger is a Cali staple. If you didn’t know, every In-N-Out location is still family owned… they only open a location if they can afford it. Plus, they train their staff for quality so their food is always awesome. I don’t usually eat burgers, but when I want one… I come to In-N-Out. Its my favorite. Yes, its a fast food location, but not like any other place. They make your burger fresh and this location is open late due to being located in a college town. I usually drop by to get something to eat driving back from the bay. I usually order cheeseburger animal style with grilled onions. If you don’t know what animal style is… its part of In-N-Out secret menu… Google it and you will see. Animal style won’t be listed on the menu when you walk in, but the person taking your order will totally understand. You can also order your burger protein style or with more than 2 patties, basically any way you want it, but need to know the terminology to place the order which the«secret menu» will explain everything.

It’s decent — if you like In n Out you’ll like this location! I always feel the Woodland location has crisper buns and better fries but this one is right in town and it’s convenient! Bear in mind that this is a college town so even though this is on the outskirts of downtown it can get crazy crowded at night — but the parking lot’s pretty big and they’re always quick with their service! My go to order is a double double animal style with fries — give it a try! OHALSO. The staff is super friendly and understanding. I’ve spoken to their manager multiple times on behalf of an organization I’m a part of and they’ve always been very friendly and polite and will go out of their way to accommodate our large groups! So overall, service here is great, food is decent, and it’s a great place to go if you’re craving In n Out — just writing this review makes me wanna go!

My Double-Double cheeseburger, fries, and milkshake always come out perfect. Not a raw onion kind of person? Ask them to grill your onions for your burger and you’ll end with Animal Style. Yum! The employees here are very accommodating and friendly. The Drive Thru takes forever. I’ve gone a few times and the longest I ever waited was 40 minutes. And that was on a Sunday night at around midnight! The shortest time I ever waited in the drive thru was 20 minutes. It takes a while, but I guess that’s how it is considering this place is so dang popular. It’s the perfect place to satisfy your late night cravings.

My go-to order is: the Number 1 with grilled onions & Protein & Animal Style. YUM! This location can get busy especially over the weekend. Long lines to order. Long lines for the restrooms.

This In-N-Out is exactly what a five star review promises, as good as it gets. I’m particularly fond of the Richards Blvd. exit off of 80 in Davis. I can get a lot done there, favorites-wise. I can hit Dutch Bros. AND In-N-Out in one fell swoop. And since I am «In-N-Out» of Sacramento more than a cheap hooker(pun intended), this is a good option for me. And you. The drive-thru at this In-N-Out location is lightening fast. But I should note that I usually am arriving in Davis around 10:00 p.m.-ish, when there is simply no traffic to be had and WELL after a normal dinner hour. The In-N-Out drive-thru lines in the Bay Area are so long that they have to have one of the cashiers come out with an iPad and walk down the line of cars to take orders. I’m not kidding when I say that when I get in one of those lines, I’m typically 14 or 15 cars back. By the time I actually get my order, my stomach has eaten itself, it’s taken so long. Not in Davis. I always order the same thing, double-double with cheese, protein style, no spread, no onions(or sometimes animal style, if I’m feeling crazy), sub ketchup and mustard. I know, I know, the spread is one of the best things about In-N-Out, but I looked at the nutrition menu the other day and it is TERRIBLE for you, if you care about that sort of thing. Also, my internal nutrition calculus tells me that it can either be cheese or spread, but it can’t be both. The kids working at the Davis In-N-Out are especially nice. Now, we know they are pretty nice at all of them, but these guys are especially so. Maybe it’s because they don’t have to physically leave the building to take orders on an iPad in this unseasonably cold and rainy weather we’ve been experiencing. On Saturday night, I went through the drive thru and ordered two double doubles(one for me and my sister), and the cashier read the price back to me as only $ 4.05, which means she must have only heard one. I had already proceeded past the speaker so I couldn’t correct the order until I got to the payment window. The cashier was totally cool about it, and they fixed my order and got it out to me in under two minutes — what service! There must be something in the water in Davis, because everyone is much nicer and happier about their jobs than in most places. The customer service there kicks ass. There’s not much more to say about this Davis In-N-Out location. I’m confident it’s the best location to stop at in between Sacramento and San Francisco. The Orange location is difficult to get to and far off the freeway. So is the Nut Tree location in Vacaville. Davis is your best option for fast-delivered deliciousness. And don’t forget to stop by Dutch Bros. if you tired.

We don’t eat Fast Food normally, but I get why everyone loves In-N-Out. A few years ago we decided that we would designate In-N-Out as our road trip place to go. Now we look forward to our favorite pit stop. I’m a fan of the animal style. I love pickles, love the messy sauce, love it all. Lately I’ve been doing the Protein Style lettuce wrap burger and split a regular fries cooked well(that means crispy fries!). I’m already looking forward to our next trip!

We took a pit stop after driving back to SF from Mammoth Lakes. We specifically scoped out this location because it’s past the traffic bottleneck of Sacramento. In-N-Out was bustling as usual, even at 1:30 pm for late lunch. There was a line for the bathroom and it wasn’t very clean. The ketchup station was out of cups. However, the FOOD is what we came for and the FOOD delivered! The consistency of In-N-Out continues to impress me. We scarfed down our freshly prepared burgers and fries outside on the patio where there was plenty of seating. Of course I’ll be back to In-N-Out. I’m truly a loyal fan.

Ever since I moved to Davis, I’ve visited In-n-Out once a week. I’m not joking. A cheeseburger for about $ 2.77 and fries for $ 1.65, which is less than $ 5 for a meal! I don’t even go to other burger places in Davis because there’s no need, as there’s cheap and perfect burgers at In-N-Out. They’re also open until 1:30am on Friday and Saturday – perfect for late night snacks and drunchies. I always get a cheeseburger, no onions, no salt, and extra lettuce. Half the time, I’ll treat myself to fries no salt. The drive thru can get crowded during meal times – usually taking about 10 – 20 minutes. In-N-Out may possibly be my favorite thing about Davis.

I’m vegan, so I was pleasantly surprised when I realized I had an option here! Their veggie burger with no cheese, no spread, and added pickles, onions and mustard is so simple, yet sooo good! Their fresh burger bun is what makes this meal a delight! The service is also above par, especially for a fast food place. The server exuded an extremely friendly vibe when taking down my order. I also love their ketchup stations! I believe their potato fries are amazing, and am yet to try them! Overall, I can see what the hype is about: fresh food, VERY affordable pricing and excellent service! I would definitely come to In-N-Out again!

When stepping in to this In-N-Out burger, it feels like I’m stepping in to any In-N-Out ever. It’s a generic feel which is the same no matter where you are. Some may find this comforting. I don’t find it to be much of anything. My new fave is ordering a hamburger with XE= «eXtra Everything.» And Ketchup INSTead of special sauce. With chilies. At least I think that’s what those abbreviations mean. One thing I messed up on is ordering grilled onions. They asked me if I wanted onions. I said yes. I failed to ask for them GRILLED so I ended up with a slab o’ raw onion. And the ketchup dispensers are annoying. One is supposed to take an eensy weensy little half dixie cup looking thing(or 6) and fill it(them) up. One way to avoid this: take your tray and place it under the ketchup spout. Press the button/lever. Repeat until desired ketchup level achieved. Other than that, it’s a consistent burger. My burgers off the grill spank the pants off these, but that’s not a fair comparison. I think the ingredients here are very fresh which makes them tasty. And somehow, I think they’re less expensive than the ones I create at my grill.

This In N Out burger rocks! The double double meat well done, no cheese or onions, protein style hit the spot! This place is always clean and the cashiers are great! I will always stop by this location whenever I go through Davis. Great job!

Good. It’s right off the 80. If you haven’t been to one yet. What cave or Southern state have you been living in? ask about the off menu menu

You can’t really ever go wrong with In-N-Out. Except this location might be a bit busier than other places just because it’s in a college town and is right next to the highway. I swear I feel like the drive-thru takes longer than actually just going into the store sometimes. 4 because why drive-thru take so long!!!

Animal style hamburger extra crispy buns with chopped chilies, extra veggies, and a neapolitan shake please! Favorite burger fast food of all time! Cheap, fast, fresh and mouth watering burgers. What more can you ask for! Neopolitan shake tastes way better than one flavor, so why not blend it all together?! Chopped chilies makes the burger tangy and spicy, and gives that nice punch to each bite. Fries: because they’re so fresh, it’s not oily crispy and so I’m not a fan of their fries. It’s similar to wingstop fries but thinner. When I feel somewhat healthy, I’ll order a protein style hamburger, hold the special sauce and replace it with ketchup. Drive thru kinda takes a while at this location, so if you’re in a rush I would order to-go inside.

Whenever I drive past this In N Out, the aroma seriously reaches into my CLOSEDWINDOW car! It makes me crave some at that moment. I haven’t had a bad experience here yet, and hopefully won’t have one! The staff is always friendly, welcoming and patient whenever I’m here. I always see at least one staff member cleaning tables too, which is nice! Recommendation on burgers: Animal style hamburger! :) Delishhh. Get an extra side of ‘spread’ aka thousand island sauce to add more into your burger and/or fries! :) I sometimes order my fries ‘well done’ to get that extra crisp in the fries. Oh, be prepared to wait if you’re going in the drive thru line. I feel like there’s always a long line for drive thru.

For the longest period of time(8 years) I was anti-burgers due to a serious food aversion I had as a child. In-N-Out helped me cope with my issue and showed me there was more to life than just white meat burgers. Service: Don’t let the long line inside or in the drive-thru scare you away. They’re fast and efficient at what they do, all while being friendly! Food: Yum. I’ve never had any problems with my orders, even during the peak hours. No problems with the quality of my burgers either. Zero complaints! Environment: Loud and very busy! It’s always crawling with students no matter what time of the day it is, students need their In-N-Out fix. I like to go through the drive-thru and then park in the lot and eat in my car. Fast and comfortable, I don’t have to worry about finding a table or getting off my butt at all. Overall: Come with an appetite and a tolerance for college students!
