Went to the lapeer rd. Davison, Mi store today and got the best & friendliest service; then we ever got from the Flint AT&T store in 20 yrs. been to AT&T twice in two weeks. NO help!!! So they lost a loyal co stomer. Thank you Luke & staff at Verizon!

Continued to have problems with my phone. I stopped in and while friendly they did NOT follow through on their commitment to me. After trying various things I was told that a another new phone would be ordered. After a week I called Verizon directly, only to find that this location never ordered the phone. Verizon overnight-ed one to me.
Between this and the rude male employee I encountered earlier I have no respect for this location and will in the future drive a little farther or just do my business on line.
