Chipotle Mexican Grill

If they build them, I will come…
Chipotle is my safe fast food restaurant because when I walk in the door and order, I know that I have a reasonably good chance of getting a GF meal without getting sick from cross contamination.
What this Chipotle has going for it:
+ Like others have mentioned, it is by far one of the cleanest ones I’ve walked into in awhile. From the dining area to the line, it was clean.
+ Fresh food — they food was fresh and the line was stocked
+ Gluten free handling– They knew the procedures when I mentioned I had a gluten allergy
+Staff– Friendly and quick
+Flavor– They took the name Chipotle seriously. During my multiple visits, their meat was on the spicier side
**If you drive a Tesla, for some random, unknown reason, there are 8 charging stations near this location.

Traveling through Dayton, I found this nice clean Chipotle seemingly in the middle of nowhere. It was close to 8pm and the place was packed. The staff moved efficiently and food tasted fresh. Hard to argue with that, even in the middle of Ohio on a Tuesday night.

Not the same Chipotle line. I was 5^th in line and it took 22 mins to get my order. Yes I timed, they had 1 person behind the counter at 5:15. Just 1, for a dinner rush. In the 22 mins I waited 17 people came in. Yes I counted.
Horrible service.
Also when you run low on something, streak, you don’t serve half the serving, you get more. YOU DON’T SERVE HALF THE SERVING WHEN I’M STANDING THERE WATCHING YOU PUT IT IN MY BOWL!

Came in and they had a huge rush. Only had 2 people working the line and it took FOREVER. They need more employees on the line.

The ratings seem undeservedly low for this location. My chicken burrito was no better or worse than the hundreds of other Chipotle burritos I’ve had, and I hear that the veggie one was normal too. Place was clean and seemed reasonably efficient. As far as fast food goes, this is as good as it gets.

Doesn’t taste like other chipotle’s. Feels like theyre slacking on recipes and other things. Found a hair in a burrito once and they were apologetic and refunded are money. Still, thats gross.

I stopped by this Chipotle midway through an eighteen-​hour drive from North Carolina to Wisconsin. I was looking for something somewhat healthy and wasn’t feeling the other dining options in the area (Perkin’s, Big Boy, Bob Evans, Mickey D’s).
Here are my observations about this specific location:
* This location looked fairly new, so the facility was clean and in good condition. For those you care about these things, the rest rooms were impeccably clean.
* It was insanely loud behind the counter, making it difficult to order and to effectively communicate with the staff as they fabricated my burrito.
* While there was a small line of customers waiting to make their order when we arrived, the line moved quickly and our wait time was minimal.
* They were extremely generous with the ingredients. Due to its ginormous size, I’m pretty sure my burrito had its own gravitational force when it heaved over to me.
* The quality of the steak used in my burrito was sub par — under seasoned and extremely gristly. Also chewy was the texture of the corn salsa — it did not taste as fresh as other Chipotle locations.
Everything else was consistent with other Chipotle locations I have visited (waxy flour tortillas, minimalist décor, fresh ingredients, mushy rice). While it was not a memorable meal, it served its function of fueling me the rest of the drive home.
