McDonald’s

I’ve noticed her lately that this particular McDonald’s does not give you any napkins when going through the drive-​through I’ll have to remember and ask them for them, can’t believe you have to beg for napkins

They charge for water even if you order food! I have never been charged for water at any McDonalds and I have been eating at McDonalds for 50 years! What is this chain coming to? Their profits are dropping so is charging for water the way to make that up. I love McDonalds and will continue to go there but not this specific location.

A two because I have seen have been to a worse location. .but…
Service: ask the manager a question: she turns away, and gives a book direct response. Not just to me, but the person on front of me as well.
Food: our order was wrong, and two others while I was in like.
Water… Cost money at a McDonald’s… What, for a small cup of water for my little girl you want to charge me? This never used to be the case. And I bought almost thirty dollars on food, you cannot afford one small water per family?!
Filth: floor was very dirty.
They are fast, and if you go thru the drive thru you won’t see many issues.
Someone, please help this place, I like McDonald’s. reliable food and play places, but if they keep this up, they will turn into a drive thru only place.

This location is horrible. So I decided to have lunch here and wish I didn’t. From the moment I entered the door the cashiers were ignoring the line at the front counter they to busy having conversations with the kitchen. It took five minutes to place my order which they got wrong. The dining are was a mess trash left everywhere on the tables. The drink station was also mess with trash and there was liquid on the floor. I will try avoid this location in the future. Also there was a group of children just screaming in the play place which is not really there fault but it was really annoying.

SLOW, VERY SLOW if you are in a hurry pass this McDonalds up and drive down the street to the McDonalds on down main by the 70 entrance ramp it is faster even with a line around the building.

Guards salt pepper and ketchup. Long waits. Good location
The good: The location with a stoplight really helps to get access and depart the restaurant. they have a nice play land for kids and the restaurant is clean.
The Bad: LONNNNGGG waits either at the drive up or if you go nside. My breakfast burrito took almost 22 mins. Another bad is that this is one of those Mickey D’s that «guards» all their condiments. You have to ask for ketchup. You even have to ask for salt and pepper. They had self serve cola, but not iced tea.
At this McDonald’s, they take your order and then ask for your name. They write this on the tag, then call your name when your order is ready. I am not sure how this helps anything. I would just like to have someone go get my sandwich, put it in a bag and give it to me. No need to ask for my name, just give me my fast food – fast. Bring back Mr. Speedy!

The same as any other McDonalds.
