Wow, did it take me a long time to find the name of this place! I should know better that when I go someplace new to take a picture of the name of it so I don’t forget. I looked on every Dayton City website, Google Maps, Wikipedia, all my usual ‘What the heck is this’ websites and no luck. Finally, a pdf map of Dayton revealed the answer. Whew! So what it is — a small plaza located in downtown Dayton right by the Flyover Sculpture. What it isn’t — the centerpiece of the city that it could be. This spot could be the perfect place to go in downtown for a relaxing urban respite! But it doesn’t feel like anyone loves it enough to make it a gem in the Gem City. A quick walk through before CK and I realized that we were someplace with a name and now an hour wasted to even find the name… Meh
