Extended Stay America – Dayton – North

A nice hotel. We stayed for one night. We arrived early at 1:00pm for a 3:00 check in time. We were renting two rooms for a single night and they were able to open up one room early for us upon arrival so we could unload out things.
The hotel has all the amenities you could need. Including the ‘extended stay’ amenities in our room. (A full size fridge, microwave, and sink. Nice bathroom. And an ironing board and iron in room. I used these in the morning. The beds were clean and comfortable. There was even a room that you could bring you animals to stay in.

This was without a doubt, the worst hotel experience we have ever had in 35 years of traveling. The parking lot was filled with cigarette butts, garbage and dog waste. The smell inside is something you cannot capture in words. Inside the room, we were greeted with more filth, to include fecal matter smeared on the dated bedspread, bloody snot on the shower wall, and the most depressing furnishings I have ever seen. I have photos of all things mentioned above. There also were no kitchen essentials provided. I found this quite odd considering the fact we were scheduled to stay on the property two months while house shopping in the Dayton area. We lasted 10 minutes and checked out of this RAT-​hole. Unfortunately, we were charged $ 75 dollars for this horrific experience. It made me feel like a hooker!

A bit outdated but my room was really clean, and the staff was wonderful! They were super friendly and very helpful. For the price it was definitely worth it.

Overall a decent place to stay. The beds were obviously a bit old, as I could feel mattress springs in my back — but it was not obnoxiously bad. Everything else about the room was generally satisfactory and the service from the staff was decent. I’d stay here again, if I happened to be in the area.

Check in was easy, Asked for a bed away from the Highway (Learned to ask that through Tripadvisor hints) Sorry your room ground floor facing the highway. Asked to be moved that pretty much fell on Deaf ears. After looking into her reserve computer 1 second later she said Sorry all booked. BS! She did not want to go the extra mile to accommodate. Room is fine, Shower has no pressure. The Grab and go breakfast was minimal at best. Rates were a deal but you get what you pay for or not?
