Firestone Farms

Staff were nice and talkative. I had to explain Unilocal to her but it was fun!
They offer local fruits and veggies. They also have local honey, nuts, knick-​knack items, candies, etc.
There is an Ice cream shop located inside to the back left along with a jewelry stand. I didn’t browse that area too close.
Stop in and support local! Tastes better anyway!

I put my order in for flowers through
. I realize it is Mother’s Day and a very busy time, in saying that, I put in my order on the Wednesday before, well in time to be delivered the day off. They ended up not being able to deliver it that day. That was ok, my order was to be delivered the next day and upgraded. They said they attempted to deliver the next day but no one was home. 4 people were home so that is confusing, I also did not receive a phone call that they were unable to deliver. I had to call the Fromyouflowers to find out where my order was. When the next day by 6pm my order had not arrived, I called again to find out where it was and was told it was on the way. At 9pm I looked out the front door to find it there. My upgraded $ 80 arrangement included 12 flowers. I am disappointed, I have never used this service before and do not plan to again. I cannot say if this is the regular service of this florist or if they are just overwhelmed by Mother’s Day, but this was indeed not money well spent.

Very pretty. Great trip for a weekend get a way. Or an afternoon date in the wine valley.
