Beautiful winery with a nice picnic area in the back. Staff are friendly and helpful and the wines are nice. Also many gourmet items available for purchase in the tasting room.

Wow! Just wow. The most delicious Rosé I ever tasted. It’s light and fruity(not too fruity) with a nice smooth finish. And the view is beautiful. I need to go back and buy a whole case of rosé!

Everything was top notch. Beautiful grounds and excellent service. They have a diverse line up. We attended the Memorial Weekend tasting and it was a great experience for us. We loved the unique tasting areas so you could enjoy the grounds more.

Loved the modern architecture and the views. The wine was very tasty, especially the rosé — we bought one to take home with us! We enjoyed talking with the folks there and enjoyed sitting on their deck.

This winery produces some of my favorite wines and I was excited to travel down to the Dayton area to check this place out. It was first on our list and we got there around 11 am. The host was kind enough to let our group of 7 taste even though we did not have reservations(it was a spur of the moment deal) and we had a great 45 minutes tasting the wines. My favorite ended up being the Pinot Noir Rose so I bought a bottle as a souvenir as well as a Sokol Blosser wooden box. The property is beautiful and I would have loved to explore more if it had not been raining. Next time I think I’ll book a tour of the actual winery so I can go behind the scenes. Keep in mind that large groups need a reservation here and at most wineries in the area. We didn’t know that but now know for next time.

Beautiful tasting room and lovely staff! We ventured through here while on vacation, and we are so glad we did. We have been to the Napa valley and we felt very uncomfortable there as people were snooty and treating us rudely. What a difference here! The lady pouring for us was so welcoming and knowledgeable. We genuinely enjoyed our time with her! The wine is lovely and everything I wanted from Oregon Pinots. We will send many their way because of our awesome experience. We left with a bottle because everything was so excellent.

Delicious and varying Pinots. Tyler poured for us and was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He even made us a list of good restaurants to try in Portland. The vintners know what they are doing here! Gorgeous tasting room with great views and wonderful wine.

Time after time, Sokol Blosser still remains my FAVORITE winery in Oregon, and quite possibly anywhere. From the Evolution Sparkling to the Dundee Hills Pinot, all of their wines are exquisite and easily drinkable. The tasting room is absolutely beautiful. It is spacious and modern, and the outdoor seating areas are perfect on sunny days. I joined the wine club almost a year ago and couldn’t be happier with it. The private tasting room for members is cozy and intimate. On our last visit, we were assisted by Caroline and she was absolutely fabulous! She put together a flight specific to my taste and was incredibly attentive. The staff is friendly and courteous, even on days when they are swamped. My other favorite thing is the handmade candles in recycled wine bottles. They smell great and are a beautiful and fun gift. We can’t wait to go back, relax, and taste more beautiful Oregon wines!

This place was really fun. I had never been to wine tasting in Dayton before and this was our first stop. I would love to go back and purchase some of the wines. The atmosphere was beautiful and friendly. My friend and I ended up doing just the wine tasting not the tour and tasting and that was $ 25 and totally worth it. I will definitely been returning.

I visited Sokol Blosser, founded by Bill and Susan Blosser, who are credited to have started the wine industry in Oregon. What a great way to start my wine flights for the day! Sokol Blosser is located at 5000 Sokol Blosser Lane, Dayton, Oregon. Sokol Blosser offers visitors a breathtaking view of Dayton Oregon. Just imagine enjoying a fine Oregon Pinot Noir, next to a spectacular view… Read more at

Sokol Blosser is a good winery stop with a new, Scandinavian designed tasting room. The wines are solid and they offer a large range for tastings. Service was okay — not super attentive — though they were very busy at the time. Good if you like large wineries but not if you prefer a more intimate setting.

Sokol Blosser has been one of our favorite wineries for many years now, which is why we decided to join their wine club(the benefits totally make it worth it). Whenever we go wine tasting in Dundee we always end our day at Sokol Blosser. They have excellent wine, both reds and whites(we purchased the 2012 Dundee Hills Pinot Noir) and it’s reasonably priced. The staff is always friendly and the view from the tasting room is amazing.

Came here for wine tasting, I have to say the drive up to the compound was just absolutely marvelous. You drive up into this beautiful modern looking barn house looking compound, inside you will find many options of wine. I chose the $ 25 dollar option as opposed to the $ 15 dollar one. Why? Cause BALLLLLIN. Hahaa, I kid, but the 25 dollar pinot noir reserve option was very good. If you buy one of the $ 70 – 80 bottles available, your $ 25 wine flight is then complimentary. The $ 20 dollar charcutirie board was off the hook as well. I did actually buy the jam as well.

I love this winery. The scenery is beautiful. The wines are amazing! My parents used to being this wine in to Hawaii when we lived there. Now, we live closer and go here all the time. It’s worth it to get a club membership so you can have free wine tastings and cellar club discounts. The staff is friendly and attentive. They are also quite knowledgeable about their wines. My favorite wine here is… Everything! But I always come home with an evolution and a rose. I was sad when they no longer carried the Meditrina, but the evolution red is more than okay. If you like white, the evolution white is excellent. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with the evolutions. Their higher prices wines are excellent and worth the money for special occasions. They have a new tasting room. I loved the old one, it was a lot smaller and felt more personal, but the new and improved tasting room is definitely chic.

What a neat place. We had a private work function here after the winery had closed for the day, and everyone really enjoyed it. Not only does the winery have gorgeous views of the area, but as one would expect/hope — they have some great wines as well. I really liked their sparkling rosé and while pinot isn’t my fave, they did have one that was a little bolder and more like the cabs & merlots I love.

Good wine. $ 15 for 5 tastings. This is a great winery with a wonderful view. Modern style building with beautiful grounds. The people working were nice enough, but I felt that I wasn’t given the same attention and information about the wines as I experienced at other wineries.

After a disappointing tasting at Domaine Drouhin down the road, I saw a sign for Sokol Blosser and wanted to go here hoping that it would erase memories of the experience before. In retrospect, it was a great decision. Tasting room is absolutely beautiful. High ceilings with windows all around overlooking their vineyards. We purchased a tasting and then found a seat by the fireplace to enjoy. Great wines too. Their 2012 Dundee Hills Pinot was one of my favorites of the trip to Willamette Valley.

Beautiful tasting room with a great view. We were in early so there wasn’t anyone else there which was nice as I’ve heard it can get crowded easily. Wine host was nice but didn’t stay to chat too long. Since we were the only ones, it would have been nice to have him stay and talk to learn more about the wine and winery. The first wine we tasted was a Pinot Gris and it happened to be our favorite wine we tasted all day. The other wines were solid but a little too tannic for our liking. Overall, a good experience in a beautiful setting.

Definitely one of the prettiest vineyards for tasting. Dog friendly and picnic friendly, this is a gorgeous spot to spend an afternoon with friends or family. The tasting building is brand new, less than a year old. You can sit indoors or outside or enjoy the bar area inside. There are picnic tables in the back too. The staff knows their wines well and provide excellent service. There are appetizer dishes available if you’re hungry. The only wine I found impressive was the Pinot Gris. I didn’t feel their selection of Pinot noir did it for me. We ended up getting a couple of bottles of the Pinot Gris and the charcuterie plate to share as a table. It was a beautiful day and I can see why many locals enjoy this vineyard.
