Not a bad place to eat. It’s a loud environment in the evenings and the service is slow at times but it’s a relaxed environment where you can sit with friends and enjoy time together.

I’d like to give more stars because it wasn’t bad however, thats just it. Nothing about my experience stood out or really impressed me between the service or food, typical sports bar atmosphere, the food was decent can’t complain about price. I will say that given the choice I would probably choose this place over most other sports bar chains but that isn’t saying much… I tried the olympian hummus as an appetizer and nachos and salsa. Not bad, not anything to rave about either. I had the S.O.B. burger, they actually let me order it medium rare which seems to be more and more of a rarity with restaurants wanting to only allow medium or higher cooking. Overall, this place is good if you cannot decide where to go but if they want more stars or better reviews they have to change something and stand out somehow.

Fox & Hound is your typical sports bar. It reminds me of BJ’s minus the pizza and the pizookie. Actually I don’t know if they serve pizza at the Fox & Hound. Regardless, this bar is usually packed with the after work crowd spending time here. What I don’t like about this place is that it’s always too loud here. You’re always shouting so the people you’re with can hear you, and you’re straining to hear what they’re saying. Besides that, this place is okay. Hence, the three stars. The food is not bad. Just your average bar food. The grilled chicken salad was not too bad. I liked the grilled chicken that came with this. The chicken skewers were just okay though. I didn’t like the rosemary or whatever spice it was that they sprinkled on to the chicken. You only get two skewers, with dry chicken, along with zucchini, bell peppers, and onions on the skewer. The nachos here are okay, it’s something I’d order again if I were sharing with a bunch of people. You get a pretty good amount for sharing. If you plan on going here a lot, I’d sign up for their rewards program or whatever it is. You get something for your birthday. And, occasionally they’ll mail you a coupon. The last one I got was $ 10 of $ 25.

Food always good at this location, however the waitress was not good at all. We kept having to hunt down another waitress to have her get our waitress for us a few times… not good! Not to mention it wasn’t even busy at all, so there was no excuse to leave us hanging for such an extended period of time. Whenever she did come to the table there was no apology for making us wait… so irritated! Anyway I would definitely eat here again, however they need to train their wait staff to be more prompt and efficient… There’s nothing like a irritated guest.

Hung out here with a few of my classmates. The atmosphere was nice and wait staff was nice. I ordered grilled wings and they were tasty. A few of them were cooked a little too long on the grill and were burnt. Overall, we had a good time.

Waited for a low top table(no problem it was our choice). Right before we were seated another group came in and a waitress told them it was open seating for the low too tables. We were however seated first. The other table received drinks and were able to place their order before we finally had enough and walked out. The waitress walked passed us numerous times without even acknowledging us. Obviously won’t be back here again.

After basically being ignored for 15 minutes after we were seated and watching the wait staff pass by our table multiple times, we decided to take our business elsewhere. The light above our table was burnt out so we had to resort to using the lights on our cell phones to see the menu. Very disappointing considering the great service at the Fox and Hound in our hometown.

2 Stars because of $ 2 Tuesday. HOWEVER…the craft beers taste nothing like where they are also served at local breweries and that’s not just coming from me. Been going there about every Tuesday for some time now. Better fix it fast – I’ve been hearing the same complaint from a lot of people who are about ready to call it quits with the place. Restrooms are nasty and in serious need of a real cleaning and upgrade – not just slouching dirty mop water around.

This is a great place to come and watch football. They have plenty of places to catch the game that you want to see. My hubby and I have never had an issue with service, its always been good — sitting at the bar or sitting at a table. Food wise — its standard bar fare and it isn’t bad. The nachos are a great crowd pleaser, plenty of food and a nice price. The spinach artichoke dip is really nice, I like the fact that it had big chunks of artichokes in it, and they don’t skimp on the chips they serve it with. The wings are pretty good, I’m partial to the garlic sauce. They have a pretty good selection of sandwiches, I really like the tomato soup with bacon cheese sandwich combo, and I can’t say anything bad about the fish and chips either. Nice big pieces of fish that were not over battered. Probably the least favorite thing I had was the mozzarella cheese sticks, they weren’t as obey, gooey as I would expect, but they were still edible. Beer wise — I think it is a decent selection of drafts, including local ones; though its heavier on the lighter side than on the darker side(which is what I’m partial too). As a bar with bar food, I think it is pretty decent!

Just stopped here because of convenience. Turns out it is a mediocre attempt at creating an English Pub atmosphere. The food, we had burgers, was again average. Their service was spotty as it took a while to be acknowledged but once it started she took good care of us. MEH!

First of all, this is not really an Irish pub as it claims. Food is standard stuff like you would find at Applebee’s or TGI Friday’s. Saturday night 6pm dinner… not crowded, but they had only one waitress serving an entire room. Service took far too long. Food tasted like it was heated from frozen. Example: Pita bread with hummus platter tasted pre-frozen. Pizza was really atrocious and probably pre-frozen. I ordered salad which was just okay. For some reason could not get the waitress to bring the check or takeaway boxes. Once our food arrived we barely saw her. Eventually the manager came over and asked if there was a reason we were still there and then brought us the check right away. Too bad… probably will not return.

Past experience was ok, this time was horrible. There was about 20 customers on father’s day. Waited forever for a beer, had to end up leaving after complaining to the manager for the slower than snail service. Probably won’t go back.

Overall mediocre feeling about this place. The service was good, friendly waitress, and the food was tasty. But what really irks me at restaurants is the portions. One of the smallest portions of fries I have ever had at a restaurant. The side that came with my sandwich was called«Parmesan crusted fries». Crusted? They weren’t crusted with Parmesan at all and had barely a sprinkle of Parmesan on them. Once again, taste was good, but portions and what was described just wasn’t there. If I’m paying 12 $ for a sandwich and fries I expect to have more than a tiny styrofoam cup worth of fries.

Unfortunately chose this location to attend Trivia. The first time, service was slow. It took 20 minutes for a friend to get a glass of water. Food came to us after an hour’s wait. One guy was told to order something else, since they ran out, and ended up getting his food when we finished. Last night was my second visit to Trivia and we had a server with an attitude. I didn’t pay much attention until it came to paying. I have an all star card and was to receive a free burger for signing up on my first visit. But the server turns it down. So I showed her the confirmation email on my phone and w/o my permission, she grabs the phone and walks off to the kitchen! Apparently, the manager was in the kitchen, so instead of bringing him to our table, she felt this was the best way to go about it. I found this rude and complained to the manager, who btw was a Cinderalla in his own right. He was more focused on how my words were affecting his feelings than actually addressing the complaint. These guys need more than a prayer to stay afloat. And did I mention the food sucks?

I love trying new things and I was told that the fish and chips here were the best I’ll ever have so of course I went ahead and ordered it. However the fish and chips were only… good. Not the best. Granted I am originally from Columbus where some culinary adventures are said to be almost as thrilling as what you find in San Fransisco or LA. But for a small suburb literally the boarder between civilization and farmland; Beevercreek isn’t too bad in the way of good places to eat. Fox and hound definitely is a top place to check out if you are in the area. Heck most people who try their fish and chips probably would disagree with me anyway. The general consensus I’ve seen is EVERYONE loves Fox and Hound around here. Still, I think I’m sticking to my C’bus Brazen Head for best Fish and Chips. :P However, I would definitely go back to Fox and Hound. Good service, nice beer selection and a nice atmosphere and decent bar food.

Oh the food! Yes yes… The food! The drunken chicken tenders are crispy crunchy light and airy and even better dipped in thai chili sauce. The fries are the bomb diggity all by themselves but then you can have them with an array of shredded cheeses, plus queso is hidden under that then topped with real bacon crumbles! Mmmm… The nachos are shareable and perfectly portioned with chips to toppings! The buffalo chicken sammich will get your core temperature up and is just another tasty morsel. Foooooddddddd… Mmmmmmmmm I seriously expected less because it’s one of those chains I’ve seen before but seriously the food was banging, then they have a great craft draft list to please erebody! The keep it local but they also keep the regular you’ve come to expect too. They cater to the sports crowd mostly and that’s cool cause the amount and. Size of the TVs mean you can prolly watch every game from the right vantage point in the main bar area. The waitstaff is awesome, friendly and smiley. The establishment is clean and well cared for; with plenty of seating and tables. Did I mention they even have a couple pool tables, shuffle board, and darts?! Yup! What there not to like about this awesome place! I’ll be eating here again before I leave.

The Fox and Hound has locations all across this great country(except where we live), and are in 20 states as I write this post. We went to the location in Dayton, Ohio and saw the«Hail Mary» on the menu. Using their house bloody mix and some vodka with a few strips of bacon makes for a fine drink but what really got our attention was the inclusion of a Coronita. Previously, we thought these awesome inventions were limited in their usage to Margaritas, Mojitos, and Mexicans with really small hands so imagine our surprise to see one sticking out of a Bloody Mary! And, it is sooo good too. Like the kind of good you feel guilty about. AND they have Kentucky Bourbon Ale on tap! the greatest beer known to man, which might be all over for you locals, but we live in the land outside of their distribution. I’m sure they have other stuff that you’ll like too. Go on, get one and tell them Bloody America sent you.

Long Island Tea was terrible. However Angry Balls drink is fantastic. I know sweet & Sour mix and I had better. I didn’t order any food. Service was good but not great. Servers are young adults; they’re impatient.

I’ve had better. There are other choices around. I went for lunch with a couple of business colleagues. Place was almost empty. But the service was very slow. Food was typical bar food. My chicken salad was okay, not great. There are lots of TVs in here, so I suppose it might be a good spot to watch the game. But don’t come here for lunch.
