My wife and I just moved to Dayton and live close by so we were looking for a good Asian buffet, this place hit the spot, we’ve been back since. I love that they have peanut butter chicken, the«sushi» is good, soups are great, and really… the wings were good too. Price is key here, so affordable you’ll feel bad for not going. I love this place.

This is a typical Chinese restaurant except they offer more of American style fare compared to some of the other Chinese restaurants in the area. One thing they offer is sushi and hibachi that is included in the price of the buffet. I normally order from the hibachi which is stocked with with fresh vegetables, meats, and seafood. The sushi is prepared while you watch and for a buffet isn’t bad especially when it’s at an AYCE Chinese place. If your looking for top notch Chinese probably not for you but if you want a good selection at a great price you might want to try it!

On a good day this place rises to mediocre. Eating here now, I think it has been a long time since they’ve had a good day.

The food is not bad but it costs an arm and leg. Steer clear of the Mac and cheese. Chicken and broccoli and ice cream are to die for.

While this is not a high end restaurant, it is one of the better Asian buffets I have been to in Ohio. Food was fresh, even at 2:30 pm on a Saturday. Waitresses weren’t incredibly friendly, but you know what? It’s a buffet. You serve yourselves, and they likely get gypped a lot. Can you blame them?

They have a wide variety of tasty food here, including all you can eat crab legs during dinner. They have lots of soup selections and their crab rangoon in my favorite here over any asain restaurant around There’s a small sushi bar which I’ve found hit or miss on the flavor aspect. Sometimes the sushi tastes really good and fresh, other times I have to spit it right back out because it tastes a bit off. The hibachi grill at this location is usually top knotch, but I kind of lost my stomach when I saw the cook sneeze openly into the air right in the direction of the food he was preparing. Let’s hope the grill was hot enough to burn off any germs! Yuck!

Usually I really love this place, but I went the other night and was very disappointed. The food was not being replaced, it was old, dry and hard! I did not want to pay for my meal!

This Asian restaurant is the worst I have patronized in the Dayton area. Every time I have visited this establishment with my wife she has complained that her food taste old, dry and hard. Myself have asked them to not use butter on my food-just water and they still do, they have a problem following instructions. excuse they give is cooks have a language barrier because half of their employees are Mexicans and other half are Asians. However this place is a joke when it comes to people taking orders. My worse experience was after telling cook on grill to not add anything but water and ingredients that I chosen another cook walks by and took it upon himself and squirted butter all over my food as it was steaming. When I walked up and asked him why did he add butter to my food he denied doing it and I literally watched him squirt butter from a bottle. Which is more likely soy base imitation butter flavoring, which I don’t eat either(hydrogenated). I became frustrated and walked out telling owner/manager what did occur and of course his response was of no concern and I still had to pay-so I did and left.

The best Asian buffet on the north side of Dayton. Good food for the price. Always fresh for lunch.

Well. The waitresses seemed nice. That’s the only positive thing I have to say. Brace yourselves. I had fond memories of this place back in 2010. Perhaps because I usually came with a huge group of people, and was distracted from the actual quality of the food. Yes, this is a buffet. You are not going to find quality food at buffets around here. However, I was disgusted by the octopus here. I spit it out in a second… it was melting in my mouth. Not in a gourmet-calamari type way, either. Like in a 2 day old rotten seafood way. The rest of the food was okay. I just left 15 minutes ago, and I’ve never been so ashamed of myself before for letting my standards plummet. Hence, why I wrote such a hasty review. Stay away and preserve your dignity.

Someone ought to do one of those Prime Time Live Special Reports on these Asian Buffets— Both for the sad, beaten-down workers who could probably ALL tell you stories that would a) make you ashamed of that third(or fourth?!?) plate of «Asian» food you just scarfed down, and b) YOUAND I, the reluctant gluttons who KNOW better than to come to places like this… that unashamedly are what they are(«exotic» pit-stops for the perpetually hungry and chronically gastric…) We had a family birthday brunch at this place on a Sunday afternoon, and one positive note is that they were VERY accomodating to our group of 20(special room, somewhat attentive drink order takers…) Like all buffets, they have their good choices(whatever doesn’t seem to be swimming in oil and/or hours old and dried out) and their bad choices(reverse the previous comment, and add anything that’s pseudo safe/American, i.e. formerly frozen pizza, gummy mac & cheese, etc…) I always imagine if I’m a) reasonably careful and b) don’t feel the need to tempt fate and try«a little» of everything, I’ll be ok… But it NEVER works!!! Not sure what happens here(and any place that has the audacity to challenge us to ALL we «can» eat) but the results are NEVER good! This place has: FAIR pricing, SOMETHING for everyone, reasonably comfortable group rooms, a slightly«questionable» smell(needs a complete cleaning, if/when they’re able to get everyone out/LAST CALL!!!) but you’ll hate yourself(yet again) for falling into the buffet vortex…

On July 3rd, 2013 Me and my partner were visiting this restaurant. While we were dining she alerted me there was a cockroach crawling on the seat behind me. I immediately jumped up and alerted the waiter.(She understood English just fine the entire time we were there mind you) All she did was nod and say ok. She walked away and started helping the guests upfront. No one apologized, no one squashed the darn thing NOTHING! I filed a complaint with BBB. Please be aware you may think the food is good but are you really eating chicken or cockroaches? Never ever visiting this business again!!!

Do not dine here if you wish to be treated well. Servers dont talk to you or even smile, but when we showed up with a group of 8, they hovered over us during our meal, made us pay BEFORE we finished eating, and then«reminded» us that we needed to leave a tip.(I have never stiff a server on a tip, and had dined here many times before and always tip for good service). Complained to lady at the front door and advised we would not be back after the way we were treated. Her reply? «Sorry». Obviously she was not. Go to Dragon Buffet in Huber for much better food and get your own drink so no rude servers to bother you.

just wonderful. this is just about as good as you can imagine a chinese buffet. they have a mongolian grill and some of the best buffet sushi. a bargain where the only thing it leaves me wanting is squid for the grill and alcohol(at least bottled tsingtao) for customers who want it. i’m glad to see it busy and hope they can stay for a long time to come!

The best buffet in Montgomery County. I love the Sushi Bar, the frog legs are good, the steamed mussels were excellent, and I have to say there fried won-ton’s and won ton soup is the best I have ever had.

This place was insanely good, and insanely cheap! My friend and I paid just a little over $ 12 for two good sized meals TOGO — AND a big honkin’ hot and sour soup(that was so good on a cold and blustery day.) We came on a Sunday, so they did have a deal, but still. I was shocked that we got those two heavy(it’s by the lb.) meals for that cheap. First off — I don’t know why they have macaroni and cheese at an Asian buffet. I just don’t. I don’t know why they have cream puffs, either. I really. just don’t know. Buf I like it. I also like that you can get sushi, pineapple chicken, tapioca pudding, jello, hot and sour soup, cucumber salad, and spicy tofu all in one go. That is one awesome buffet. I thought getting it to go would be expensive — it usually is, right? But she rang us up at $ 12 and said — «well, we usually give take-out customers a break». Hey, I could use a break now and again. Thanks chika! The sushi wasn’t exactly the freshest I’ve ever had, but it was decent, and the cucumber salad was good. The jello was dense but edible(I love Jello, so maybe i’m biased…) the pineapple chicken was crunchy and delicious. The soup was AMAZING. Hot. Sour. Soupy. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with my experience here. Because I don’t live in this area, I can’t really come here again, but I totally would if I could.

Definitely one if the better asian food buffets in the Dayton area. They have fresh-made sushi there and a stir fry area as well where you can choose your ingredients and sauce and they cook it up for you there. Not very expensive. Gets quite crowded during dinner rush.
