I recently went to the Cross Pointe location to get a haircut. I asked for a bob with some layers. The stylist basically took the scissors and haphazardly took to my hair, taking off lobs of hair. I was left with horrible choppy layers to the point I can only wear my hair up, until it grows out. Lesson learned, anything other than a simple cut, go to a real salon.
