This is the worst store. There is never anyone to help you in store and they are always short staffed. I called the store to inquire about a specific part for my sewing machine. The man who answered, Sean, was very rude and said that they had a universal part that should fit. I asked if he could give me more info (make, model number, any info on the packaging to indicate that it can be used on my machine) but he insisted it would work. I told him that there were two kinds of shank fittings so it could not be universal. I asked to speak with someone who was more familiar with sewing machines and he said no one sold my type of machine in the area for years. Then I asked to speak with a manager since he was being very rude and he said he was the manager. I then asked for his name and then he hung up on me. I called back and another employee answered, a woman. I asked her for the manager’s name and she said Vicky. I told her I spoke with a man who said he was the manager. She said it was Sean, the assistant manager. He got on the phone with me and said I hung up on him. Then he said he can’t have customers calling to start trouble and hung up on me. I will definitely contact corporate and report the incident. I can’t believe the lack of customer service, and it is a regular occurrence at this location.
