With limited selections in Dayton, this is the better of the two fast food selections. It is clean. However, they don’t always get the order correct, especially in the drive thru, which can be frustrating. Check your order before you leave and all should be good.

The last few times I have gone here the people in the drive through have been messing around inside. We got our food and got home a few mins away and the food was cold and the cheese wasn’t melted at all on the burgers and one burger was missing the bottom bun. When we went back to see if they could fix our food, one guy inside was messing around and pushing the other girl that worked there out the drive through window while she laughed and screamed. Lately I feel like I’m missing a item when I come here, and my food is soooo cold and the cheese hasn’t been melted, and the people inside are just messing around. I don’t think I will be coming back here for a while. :(

Decided this would be a good stop for some road food on the way to Vegas. That’s about all it was, and disappointing at that. The cashier didn’t get our order right, which is quite disappointing because we only ordered 4 value menu items, nothing specially made either. The place was very slow and our order took some time to prepare so at first I thought they were making it fresh. Disappointed again, as our french fries were barely warm. Stop in to one of Fallon’s other fast food joints if you want good food at a reasonable price.

It’s fast food, what more can I say. The last few chicken items I got was undercooked. The last Jumbo Jack Jr. I ordered turned out to be a chicken sandwich when I got home. Remember to check your bags before leaving the restaurant whether you go in or through the drive-thru…they are very good and messing up your order.

Just fine considering it is a fast food chain. Drive thru could go along quicker. Food is always hot and cooked thoroughly. Only one encounter with drive thru employee where she was snotty and rolled her eyes. Other than that, I will come back due to convenience.

Well, this JIB keeps getting worse. Not only does the Coke machine keep getting dirtier and dirtier, but it seems that the staff don’t really give much of two hoots and a holler once you’re inside. It’s very similar to Smith’s in that they know they have a monopoly as the only fast food joint not named Subway or Taco Bell, and it shows. Compared to the Hwy. 50 location in Carson(which is a nightmare in and of itself) — this place is even more kafkaesque than that store given the bizarre waits combined with the crappy service. I also won’t count how many times my order has been SNAFUBARed other than to add that the franchise owner seems not to care about this store or the one in Carson all that much.

Food is always decent but man are they slow. More than once the employees have been arguing in the back. The owner should take a good hard look at his management team.

Lets be real, this is a fast food place, not the Ritz. Food is always hot, coke always cold, and the food taste the same every time. The drive through people are always pleasant, and they get you in & out with your greasy goodness.

Upping to four stars because the guy at the lunch time drive through is like the peppiest sonofabitch to ever man the microphone. Nothing scripted, nothing faked. If he had a tail, it’d be bloody from beating against the counter– that’s how happy he sounds that I just ordered a #7 with a Coke. He must own the joint. If not, the owner should give it to him.

I walked out. The customer service machine was covered with white flaky residue from the water chemicals. I reported it to the Jack in the Box website and they did not respond.
