Ordered two pizzas online. The website showed they would be ready in 15 minutes. When my wife arrived 15 minutes later the pizzas were not even in the oven, so she had to wait 15 minutes. Probably not coincidentally she had noticed three employees out back smoking when she arrived. The employees were less than polite about their gaff. Too bad this place can’t get it together, guess we will go back to Pizza Factory.

Their pizza sucks! That is the nicest thing I can say. Their wings are passable, but be careful, they often get the wrong sauce. It’s a bit of a shock when you are expecting Mild and you get HOT!

We’ve almost always had good service from this pizza hut. Sure, there has been a miss and one raw piece of chicken, but mistakes are made and things happen. Still, the other 90% of the time they do a good job.

Once we ordered chicken wings here and they were raw, the worst part is that you literally just deep fry those things, this is also after we waited more than an hour for them.
The pizza isn’t much better.

truly disgusting pizza and service! Promised 20 minutes, after 45 minutes I asked for a status report and found my order was sitting under the lights for an unknown amount of time. No customer service discount or apology. The pizza had very little toppings and tasted like cardboard, the wings were obviously freezer burned. Then it sat like a brick all evening. Threw most of the order away. Better pizza and price at Smiths

I used to like Pizza Hut pizza until I visited my hometown Pizza Hut a couple of times. Last time I went in, I was told that they were out of individual pepperoni pizzas and that they could only do a double pepperoni…
… once I received the pizza, it was absolutely salty and disgusting. There was more salt than the Bonneville Salt Flats on it and the dough was, well, cardboard. I wound up getting a refund and a free pizza on a future order — haven’t taken them up on it yet.
Also, you’re better off going in to order — this store loses more online orders than I care to count.
