Purchased carpet for a bedroom, charged 35 $ for the measuring fee, they are suppose to refund that amount when carpet is installed, however they DiD NOT! They refuse to remove that charge RIPPED OFF! NEvEr PUrChASe carpet from lowes!

I purchased the LG Electronics 7.3 cu. ft. Electric Dryer with Steam in White
(263) this past week and had it delivered to my home. On December 1, 2013, the dryer was delivered, LEFT ON MY FRONT PORCH, while I was NOT home. The dryer also had several scratches that were not there when I originally purchased the dryer.
I went to the store to speak with the manager by the name of KIM. AFTER waiting 20 minutes, they said she was in a truck and couldn’t come to the front but I needed to speak with Sherry. After waiting another 15 minutes (Sherry was at lunch), Sherry came and said the BEST she could do is take 15% off!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
