Sharks Fish and Chicken

I’ve only had the philly steak, but its pretty good. The bread gets a lil soggy. The fries are decent. The employees are always friendly. Seating is very limited. The pricing isn’t bad.

The place is small but is packed full of fried goodness. Don’t plan on eating healthy if you go here because everything is fried. However that being said I have sampled many things on the menu and I must say if I want fried food it is good and very cheap prices. The buffalo wing dinner is a bargain for $ 5.99! 8 wings, mounds of fries and cole slaw! The kids and I love going here to get wings because it is so cheap!

Decent fried fish and fries in what might be called Soul Food/​Southern Style.
The fish is cooked fresh after ordering, so reasonably good.
I didn’t sample any of the side dishes in the case (e.g. sweet potato pie, mac and cheese, green beans, etc.).
The restaurant itself was pretty clean. There are 5 and a half booths for a total of 22 seats.
If I was in the area hungry for fish, I wouldn’t hesitate to stop in again, but I enjoyed the food at Moe’s Fish & Chicken much more.
The restaurant is located adjacent to Lowe’s of Trotwood parking lot.

This was my first time trying Sharks Fish and Chicken. The place is, for lack of a better term, a joint. The menu is above and behind the counter and there’s a display case for some sides and the available desserts. There are some seats in Sharks, but only a few.
I ordered the large cod dinner and took my food to go. The dinner came with a ton of fries and three decent sized cod fillets. Oh, and a slice of bread. The fish was good and the crust on the fish was crispy. This place doesn’t add a lot of seasoning to its fish coating and the fish tasted fresh. The fries — well they were ok.
I will have to give this place another shot — explore the menu a bit. But I’ll continue to get it to go. If it’s busy in there, there’s no good seat to wait for your food — seating is limited.
