The atmosphere when we walked in wasn’t the best. I prefer not to see the living creatures I’m about to eat. But, our server Cassy did an amazing job taking care of us and all the other tables she had. We went for lunch and got lobster pizza, lobster artichoke dip, shrimp scampi, and the cheesecake in the end to top it all off. So good. Food coma. I’m happy.

Absolutely terrible customer service. It is one thing to ask your customers to wait 25 – 30 minutes(I get it, sometimes you’re busy), but to have them wait an hour without so much as a word AND to have several empty, dirty tables in plain sight — with no one clearing them and several employees standing around? Awful. I do not plan on returning.

Feb. 1st2015. My wife and I traveld to Red Lobster On Miller Ln. near Vandalia, Oh. tonight. We were waited on almost as fast as we sat down. The waiter was very polite and took our beverage order, and returned with the beverages with in 2 minutes. He then took aour orders. we were served our salads and bred with in 3 minutes. As soon as we completed the salads our food was served. Now, My Lobster and shrimp were over done and my wife’s steak was also over done. The manage came to the table with in 1 minute, advised that they would do a new steak for my wife and give me a new lobster tail and new shrimp. It took no time at all and all items were eturned to the table, and she took our beverage cost off the bill for our inconvenience. The food was top notch, and the service was fantastic. My best experience ever when returning something not cooked correctly. Thank you Red Lobster on Miller.

I typically visit this Red Lobster every trip to Dayton, several times per year. The past visit was hugely disappointing. I asked for no tomatoes in the salad and it came with tomatoes. No big deal, happens all the time. However when the replacement came back, it appeared to only have had ‘most’ of the tomatoes removed(not a new salad). The heart of the lettuce was also included. Not sure if that was done before or after the return. I stopped eating the salad at this point. Hopefully this restaurant will get there act together, as it typically is a good place.

Not have again: the lobster, scallops and shrimp were just ok and, even though the service was very good, I left Red Lobster not wanting to go back to one again. The food was disappointing.

Disappointing even for a chain restaurant. My kids ordered chocolate milk. They got cups of brown slime with strings of mucusy stuff in them. They forgot our side dishes, silverware and napkins.
