The state of the restrooms at this location was absolutely atrocious. Unfortunately I did not verify that there was actually toilet paper before choosing to use their facilities. By chance, a young lady brought her toddler in and was in thr adjacent stall, so I tried to make light of the situation and asked her to share the wealth, which she was not able to do because there was not any in the other stall either! Upon exiting the stalls, we both noticed the trash and used paper towels that were scattered all over. It is obvious the management at this store is completely oblivious to the conditions of their store, and I wonder if the associates are using the same nasty restrooms?!

This store seemed okay. They had a decent supply of merchandise, but few customers. It was just a portal to the mall. I don’t understand how the company stays in business. They’ve had a habit of high prices, and their sales are usually not very good, often coming in above someone else’s regular prices. I can imagine all of their stores closing or becoming Kmarts because they just can’t compete, even though Kmart’s prices aren’t good either. They run sales that are good. I remember after Kmart bought Sears, they renamed Kmart stores in the San Diego, CA area Sears Essentials, which made sense, but I think they really need to ditch the Sears name forever, which would be sad but they’ve become known for the wrong things.

Whatever happened to Sears? I ordered a simple«magazine stand» from them ONLINE. 10 days passed and when it didn’t arrive I checked my account and they HADCANCELLEDIT! It would have been nice to inform me of the cancellation, but they didn’t. In fact, I ordered it on Dec 3rd and they cancelled it on Dec 4th. Why? Now that’s tough to answer. The card I used was good, the item is still shown by Sears Online, but they cancelled it. I called Customer Service. I spoke to a «supervisor» who informed me that«sometimes that happens with a 3rd party seller». I asked, «why, and why wasn’t I informed»? Patrick the Supervisor said, «We don’t do that on behalf of our third party sellers». Angry by now I said, «But it’s on your website right now, what went wrong»? Patrick said, «It’s difficult to say, but if it’s on the website you can order it again». I felt my mind slipping away. Somehow this was all making sense to someone, just not me. I will call the 3rd party seller that they have on their site directly. I will not be doing buisness with SEARS. ANDTHEYCOULDNOTCARELESS.
