Target Stores

Worst online shopping experience ever. I ordered a set of flatware from a gift registry on April 2, to be delivered to my nearest Target store. Then I received an email saying my order was delayed and will arrive between April 20 – 24. I went to the store on April 24, and they said they have not received the item. Today, April 26, I called the store again to check on the item and they said they still haven’t received anything. I called the customer service hotline, and they said their records show the item was delivered on April 5^th. The customer service rep offered to call the store but I had to stay on the phone while he did it because he can’t make outbound calls to customers. So I waited for 20 mins just for him to eventually tell me what I already knew: the item is not in the store. He said it must have gotten lost in transit. He doesn’t know for sure. He offered to cancel the order or wait until it is in stock. He made no real effort to keep my business. For a huge company like Target, the online shopping experience and the customer service should be much better than what I had experienced. Very disappointing.

Love this store. The atmosphere is great. It’s possible to find nice stuff at a very good price.

They’ve finally updated the store!!! Thank goodness. They put in a really nice and big grocery area. We mostly go here for formula, diapers, wipes, and other baby gear now so I wish that area was a little bigger but the prices are great. My only other complaint about the store is that after they upgraded and it seems to me they made their kitchen area much smaller, which I don’t really like. Overall a great and even better with the Redcard and Cartwheel!

I love Target.
This particular Target isn’t too far from my sister’s home, so that was the reason for this stop. I don’t mind this store, even if it is a bit older and smaller than the newer Targets I typically go to. Also, this Target doesn’t have my friend Starbucks in it (but there is one across the street, so fear not, you can get your coffee fix in a short drive).
What I don’t like about this location is the horrible parking lot. The parking lot is small, difficult to maneuver, and with multiple blind spots. This is really my only complaint. Fix the parking lot & I’ll add a star.

Recently upgraded to a Super Target it does make it harder to find certain items. The isles have been rearranged to fit their new items. Overall, it is very clean and the staff is generally helpful and pleasant.

They’ve given this store the transformation on the inside. It’s taken a while for them to get to Ohio with the new layout, but it looks good and feels better. (Actually, the entrance, snack bar, and service desk need to be completed because they look like hell still.)
When they re-​did the Target in Oviedo, FL in the late 1990s, I was shopping for most of my groceries there instead of typical grocery stores, and I was saving money. This store’s grocery section is even better with more available. The electronics department also seems more comprehensive. I half-​expected an Apple store-​within-​a-​store, as some locations have.
Most everything has been touched, so they need to get to the rest shortly, but the best thing is that the merchandise and value is there, just as we expect from Target stores.

target is where i would go if i want a little bit better quality of product and don’t mind paying a little extra, sometimes they have good deals but for the most part the bill ends up being higher than if i go to a different store.
they store is pretty big, always fairly neat and clean with mostly all the items in order and the right place. the customer service is really great about any returns and helping out as well as friendly cashiers and the store workers will help you but usually only if you look lost or ask for help,
they have a nice big parking lot and other than that its just a target like all the others

I mean, c’mon… it’s Target! Who doesn’t like Target?
