Great food, slow service today. Tables dirty and not bussed. Had to ask for drink refills from Haley

If you are up for a «typical TGI Fridays experience» I highly recommend TGI Huber. As has become the TGI standard you can expect poor service, substandard food, and a lively [for lack of a better word] crowd. Any better and you would be eating at Applebee’s.

The only reason this Friday’s gets 2 stars instead of 1 is due to a friendly, caring manager (Shawn) who tried to smooth things out. We seated ourselves at the bar and were greeted promptly, drinks came in a timely manner, but the bartender didn’t come back to take our order. The afore mentioned manager took it and gave it to the bartender to enter. One salad of two came to us incorrect. No one checked on us, so I just ate it anyway. We’d each ordered apps as our entrees. Only 1 ever came out. No one was around to ask about it for quite a while. Eventually, the manager was bringing food to someone else at the bar and we asked about it. He said he’d put it in a box to go, since we were ready to get out of there, at no charge. Also gave us a coupon for a free app next time. Not sure if they’ll be a next time. They got rid of NTN Trivia, the bar reeked of fermenting alcohol/​fruit juice, and the menus were filthy. Sad — we used to love this place :(

I’m surprised there’s only one check in I have enjoyed this spot for years the gas station is right behind me McDonald’s is right in front of me the Rave Movie house is over to the left and there’s a thrift store in the area the food is great service is fantastic and I’ve always enjoyed this location

Every once in a while, I like to give a place a second (third, fourth…) chance to see if they’ve improved and/​or if their negative reviews are REALLY all that well-​deserved. I’m no fan of «the chains,» but we were in the area (HH) and hadn’t been to Fridays in a while (after a few «less than stellar» visits). Unfortunately, this place lived up to some/​most of its negative reviews… We were seated at a dirty/​sticky table, and when we moved to a cleaner one nearby (still in the same vicinity/​waitress’ area) we were ignored for 15 – 20 minutes and almost ready to leave before our orders were taken. In spite of lower than average expectations, we were rather underwhelmed. They were NOT that busy on a late Thursday afternoon/​early evening; I think there are possibly too many wait staff, but there appears to be little/​no management/​direction, and it shows. We were in no real hurry, and weren’t really considering coffee/​dessert, but no one asked… The quickest thing that happened (and this is one of my HUGE pet peeves, no matter where I go) was when they brought out our bill, and then came back «there’s no rush!!!» to see if we had given our credit card yet…
Thursday WASN’T a good day for Friday’s :-(

The last time we were here we walked out. It was lunch time and there was minimal people there with plenty of staff. The table we sat at was a sticky mess and lopsided… Not to mention the floors were sticky as well. After waiting about 10 – 15 no one even approached us or greeted us. We left and haven’t been back since. This place needs a complete overhaul of its staff and management. This is a great example of why I stay out of huber heights!

Sizzling chicken and shrimp wasn’t sizzling cheese was burnt everything over cooked and dry. Gluten-​free so I tried it should have stuck with the burger ~

This one isn’t even up to the regular TGIF standards, whatever they might be. The food was just OK, but what really knocked-​down the rating was the service. From the moment the hostess took us to a table, our waitress, Ashely, acted as if we were annoying her by being there. She took our drink order and eventually came back for the food order but it had been so long that I was considering leaving.
As you know if you’ve eaten at a TGIF, someone other than «the server» brings the food. Drinks sat empty most of the time through the meal. No one checked if we needed anything. We didn’t even see Ashley in the room again… that is, up until just before she came with the check, at which time she tried to be a little friendly presumably for a tip. Too little, too late.
We won’t ever go back and if a family member points-​out a TGIF again while we’re hungry on the road, I’ll keep looking. This one sealed the deal.

I shelled out 76.52 for a horrible experience.

Because I am in the food biz I give this 1 star. Food mediocre at best, down graded to disappointing when the outrageous bill appears. My husband ordered a steak with sautéed mushrooms as a side. They did not come with the food and when the waitress was informed it took another 15 minutes to get them. Never did get the water we ordered. Should have went next door to Kroger and grabbed some salad from the salad bar and grilled our own steaks. There is no reason to take $ 60 from people and serve mediocre food.

Sunday evening service was poor. Seated quickly… By a busser. He took our drink order and delivered, but it was 10 to 15 minutes before waitstaff arrived… first telling the table behind us that the kitchen was running 25 minutes behind!
The waiter a started every conversation with every table with an apology on how long it was taking to get their order. We should have listened, but ordered anyway. Food was okay, when it arrived. Drinks needed topping and each time the waiter was invisible. Apparently need more staff on Sunday eve.

Not terrible but not fabulous. I had the salmon with garlic butter that was delicious. The broccoli was too undercooked and not a desirable shade of green. I splurged and ordered the brownie sundae which was delicious!

Went to this location on a Saturday afternoon around 3pm. We choose to eat in the bar area. The place was about ¹⁄₃ full.
We had to wait 15 minutes to order drinks as the bartender was handling the entire bar and all of the tables. She was friendly, but busy.
We each ordered the new Blue-​cheese Stacked burgers. What a waste of $ 24! The burgers were pre-​made patties that were overcooked, dry, and full of gristle.
When 4pm rolled around, there was a shift change with the staff. Our 1^st bartender was walking around talking about how much she shouldn’t tip someone and counting money. Once done with her shift, she came around and sat at the bar with her husband and ordered a drink. Then more employees came out and sat at the bar and the table behind.
Our 2^nd bartender was slower and we had to wait 20 minutes before she cashed us out.
Overall, the experience was not comfortable or inviting. The employees were aloof and busy with their own extracurricular activities. And the food was even less impressive.
UPDATE: My wife did not want anything for dinner after eating the Stacked burger. She was not feeling well. At 8 am the next morning, she was vomiting from the previous day’s meal, which has NEVER happened in all of our years together.

I don’t think I will ever come back to this restaurant again. Went there a few weeks ago for a late dinner with my boyfriend for our anniversary. We were going to go to Texas Roadhouse across the street, but they were closed. So as we walk into the restaurant we see about 3 tables and a few people at the bar. We are greeted by a nice lady who also seems to be the bartender and she sits us in a booth near the bar. The table we were at obviously had not been cleaned off and our waitress didn’t even seem to notice so my boyfriend and I had to wipe the table with our dinner napkins. Wow, but that’s not even the worst. We waited 10 minutes, watching our waitress talk to the bar folk, for her to even offer to get our drinks and another 10 minutes for her to actually get the drinks. We had also ordered the potato skins for an appetizer, which had came out appx. a half hour later, which the waitress was very apologetic about and took them off our bill. Now, the potato skins that were supposed to be «loaded with cheese and bacon», were the complete opposite. For my meal I ordered the ribs and a baked potato. My boyfriend ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries. Our meal came out about 15 minutes after the potato skins and my ribs were horrible, they tasted like they were charred and my baked potato was very dry. My boyfriend’s meal was fine except his burger was slightly under-​cooked. The waitress came back once to drop off the bill and never asked if we wanted dessert or needed refills although it was apparent we did. All in all, the waitress was nice as a person but horrible at service. Obviously the kitchen did not have their stuff together and I have heard stories before of them running out of clean silverware and dishes?! If you want a good, timely meal with decent service, go somewhere like Texas Roadhouse.

I have never eaten here until about a week ago. The food was great, hats off to the chef! The service was very poor. I was greeted and was seated and asked what we would like to drink, to save time I asked for my drinks and if she could go ahead and put an order in for artichoke spinach dip. Waitress came and took our order about 10 min later. 25 minutes went by still no appetizer. Our food arrived still no appetizer. We were asked only twice in an hour if we needed refills, and asked only once how the food was. The waitress seemed only interested in the table of 10 people who I’m sure would leave a large tip so she catered to there needs and not ours. I will never eat at this Fridays again! Very Poor service!

We don’t eat here very often, but it’s always a pleasant experience.
We just were there Saturday night and sat in a booth on the bar side. I must say, our server was fantastic and super friendly. If any complaint, it would be the sheer noise volume, but it was understood that was due to the night and where we chose to sit.
We only ordered an app trio and a couple drinks each, and yet we still were treated just as well as any other time I’ve visited for full meals — regardless of day or time, family or just adults.

I got the chicken and shrimp pasta and Brenda got the burger, it was eh. Not like the pic, looked a little sad, service was long but the drinks were good
