I was so disappointed. As I walked in, so did a handful of other people, and the sudden influx of customers caused the employees to become stressed and the customer service definitely suffered. Since it was my first time, I wanted to check everything out before I decided. But the owner was very rude and kept pressuring me to pick so I just picked a random one. It was tiny and not worth $ 2. I could make better, or go down the street to Gigi’s to get one twice the size for a dollar more.
Please, WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My wife and I have used the Cakery several times including our own wedding. I don’t really care for cake too much, but their cakes always taste amazing!
I would highly recommend them, especially for a big event. They always do a great job and we’ve never had a negative experience working with them.

The cakery has the best tasting cakes around this area, beats Gigi’s cupcakes. The employees can be a bit distracted and rude at times but I’m willing to overlook that for my strawberry swirl cupcakes!

Two Words… STRAWBERRY SWIRL. Which stands for Cake Heaven. I’m not even a big fan of strawberry cake and this stuff cake was fantastic. We got a sheet cake for a graduation and we all enjoyed a couple servings each. Perfect balance of cake to frosting ratio. I would have given it a 5th star if the cupcake versions were dry and way too much frosting. So glad I had the cake before the cupcakes or I may not have ever had it again.

Besides the cake tasting good the 45 minute wait for our scheduled consultation appointment is ridiculous especially the fact that nothing more than a feined apology was given to us for waiting. Didnt even offer to have us come back at another time. They DO NOT have their stuff together over there and I do not reccomend them at all.
