Went today, things were okay. I have felt sick the rest the day though. Very very very over priced. Also not super clean.

Good variety of foods to choose from lo meien, fried rice, several variation of shrimp. Crab legs at the dinner serving. The food turn over is good due to steady pace of customers. The waitresses are good keeping your plates removed and your beverage refilled.

Even the«Booger Incident» at the Asian Buffet on Miller Lane wasn’t going to stop me from seeking out some massive quantities of Chinese comfort food that cold and cloudy day in Dayton Ohio. The steam tables were piled high with food at 3:30 in the afternoon which might have been alright if there were more than 15 or 16 customers in the place. The combination of room temperature food and the blandness of it all didn’t help the cause either, especially when you consider the $ 11.59 dinner charge. There was about one employee for every two customers but apparently it was Cantonese social hour for these young ladies, so I didn’t get my plates removed or drink refilled until I was putting on my coat to leave. Thanks for the attentive service kiddos and here’s your dollar. I really think that would be a better experience at a busier time and yeah, it wasn’t great but I would give them another chance sometime. It’s pretty much 2 stars with a stack of dirty plates.

I visited once with my office colleague for lunch. I like the food, variety choices @ 7.99 $. Recommend to my Asian friends, of course I did see most Americans enjoying food that day. !!

Dirty, dead flies all over the window seals. The waitresses stand and wait by your table after you pay, waiting for you to give them a tip, then counts it right in front of you. Food is really greasy and never warm. Dishes always have food stuck on the bottom. We have given this place a chance few times, each time had been this way exactly. We are never going back.

This was our favorite party place. WAS! We went to celebrate a family birthday and learned that since September they’re adding 15% to all parties of five or greater. At $ 12.95 per person times five, the young man who ignored our table got a $ 10 tip for filling our hot tea pot initially and one refill. Otherwise he ignored the crayfish on the floor that we pointed out to him as we were being seated the entire time along with us. I’m only going to mention that tacky sign over the steamed crab legs telling buffet patrons to limit the number of legs per plate to eight… Be courteous to others yourself restraunt owners and keep up with the supply and there will be no one disappointed. We’re not paying your price for the cheese pizza or the rice. The crab rangoon is still good. The frog legs smaller than ideal and a bit too greasey. Most of the rest of the buffet faire pretty average quality.

Best place to go to for seafood! Their Sunday all-day dinner is a really good deal. The servers are friendly and welcoming. I am definitely coming back here and I will make sure to bring my friends with me.

Fanciest Chinese Place I’ve been. The servers were really nice as well. The food is delicious. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for good Chinese food.

Delicious! Word best describes the food here! The shrimp has a lightly salted taste and is just perfection! The crab is amazing as well! It was easy to peel and did not require the use of any salt or butter but you are more than welcome to use those if you’d like! They have a wide variety of choices and their desserts are very eye appealing and taste just as great! This is definitely the place to go if you are craving a lot of food at a good price with wonderful quality! Our waitress Dana was very kind and helpful, she made good conversation without lingering and she helped us when we needed it! You have to come try this place out! PS: the beer is also inexpensive and a good variety if you are of age of course :)

This China Buffet was decent. Nothing too special. The food was pretty good, and there was plenty. The custard puffs are really good, as was the General Tso chicken. Dinner prices for adults is $ 11.59, and lunch is $ 7.29.

This is a Chinese buffet, so good quality is very much like everywhere else. However, this one has always been my favorite because of their large variety and because they have crab legs(and not the small ones at most Chinese buffets). They used to have fried crab legs that were just amazing, I’m still wishing they’d bring that back!

I learned something the other day about Chinese buffets… Timing is everything.(We went on a Friday evening.) I’ve been to this one several times, and it never really stood out to me. I just go to this one because it’s close to home. I came here Friday night with my boyfriend, and I was amazed! Everything was readily fresh(large crowd = high food turnover rate) There was HUGE mussels, clams, crab legs, frog legs, etc… quite a selection! I usually make fun of Chinese buffets, but I’ll admit, I was pretty excited about this evening. I definitely recommend this buffet, but on the stipulation that you come on Friday night! …I am sure Saturday night will be just as plentiful though. The staff was very attentive and the food was well kept. People complain about the quality of food, but you get what you pay for. Out of all the chinese buffets I’ve been to, this was one of the best.(But I’ve been here before previously, and it wasn’t that good. It could be hit or miss.)

Go at lunch. They have a lot of options. My favorites are the lo mien, jalapeño chicken, hot and spicy chicken(that comes with mushrooms), and the gyoza. The wait staff is very attentive. They get your drink orders upon sitting down so you can go right up and partake in the glorious buffet. There are rooms in the back for large parties. The food at lunch is fresh and comes out regularly. I’ve heard that dinner isn’t as good and has less options but I haven’t tried it.

I went here earlier tonight for dinner and the food was disgusting. If my friend hadn’t wanted to stay, I would have turned around and left. The lo mein tasted like metal and was extremely overcooked. The fried rice was hard and didn’t have many vegetables. The chicken teriyaki was full of fat. The crab rangoon had a small amount of filling. I didn’t like any of the various rolls offered. The crab roll tasted like mush. It seemed like the food had been out before and was reheated and put out again. The only thing I enjoyed was the green beans. I will never go back.

Buffets are like porn: an initial anticipation, nothing all that good, and ultimate regret at having experienced it. Even by Chinese buffet standards, this was pretty weak. Waaay too many chicken dishes, the best food was mediocre(General Tso’s Chicken, Egg Drop Soup) while the worst items were pretty bad(dim sum, spareribs, dessert). Maybe the best thing on the menu was the crab legs. As soon as they brought out a fresh batch, it was like hyenas on a fresh kill. Even a 9 year old girl was seen walking by with a plate of legs about 8 inches high. That was the one item that had to constantly be replenished. The staff is very efficient and keeps the drinks filled. The almost all booths are preferred. Couple of large party tables in the front of the large restaurant. At $ 10.99 for dinner, you can’t beat the price for filling up(and I do a buffet about once every five years). This place has been in this strip mall for as long as I can remember, so it must be a neighborhood institution.

The selection at this Chinese buffet is average. You will find the typical dishes that most Chinese buffets offer. They have a small selection of sushi which is ok but nothing exceptional.

Eating at a chinese buffet is sort of like… speed-dating: walking in, you have a pretty good idea of what you want, end up being drawn to something you should prolly avoid, and end up totally regretting the decision after it’s all said and done. Reviewing a chinese buffet is no less daunting and tends to be as subjective as the foods they focus upon. For example, I do NOT go to a chinese buffet for sushi. I dont know why anyone would. I also don’t go to a chinese buffet for any dish in particular – that’s what restaurants are for. I go to a chinese buffet to binge on a budget. And judging by the waistlines of my competitors(cuz really, eating at a buffet is ALWAYS a competition), this is a philosophy shared by many. This particular joint gets high marks for variety and decent quality. A good rule of thumb amongst the chinese buffet-savvy: come during peak dining hours. Maybe you want to avoid the competition and crowds, but by dining at off hours, you’ll also be avoiding any semblance of decently fresh and hot food. Especially if you want your seafood in bulk, this place serves up plenty of crab legs(CWABZ!), and fried frogs legs and crawfish for the swamp-humping transplants. But beware the ubiquitous chinese buffet lurker: the overly ambitious and terribly inconsiderate asian lady/couple that greedily heaps ALL of the crab legs onto one plate. I hope you get food poisoning, lady. This isn’t Las Vegas. And this definitely ain’t China. But for cheap chinese buffet in Dayton, Ohio, you can’t go wrong with this joint. Just learn to live with regret. A nap helps.

Starving. In Dayton, not knowing where to go. Unilocal app to the rescue! I almost went to other places nearby with better reviews, and will someday when I’m not as hungry, but I was happy with this. It’s a pretty typical Chinese buffet, and you’ll recognize most of the dishes. All were competently done. Veggies were fresh. Service was excellent– plates were removed and glasses refilled almost immediately, and the staff was friendly.

I’m not a huge fan of buffet’s(strike 1) so when my cousin told me he was taking me here for lunch, I was a bit reserved. The buffet is located across the street from Wright Patterson AFB and inside a strip mall(strip mall = strike 2). Walking in, the place was dark(strike 3?) but it didn’t have that stale smell of old food like most buffet’s do. In fact, the place was super clean and jam packed with folks. I was impressed by the assortment of food items available. Things like steamed mussels, sushi, lumpia and king crab legs seemed to be standards on their menu. The food was excellent. It was flavorful, plentiful and was presented well. When an item got low, they were quick to re-fill or replenish the items. And even though I don’t eat desert, the items they had looked darn good. They had three different types of ice cream with all the toppings and sprinkles imaginable and several types of pastries that looked like they we’re home made. It was a great bang for buck. Thanks for the hook Cuz.
