Watson’s of Dayton

Derek and Jessie were my installers for my 14 foot Shuffleboard Table. They had to bring it through my basement window. It was a snap. They were professional and courteous. Great job gents!

We have just purchased our second large item from Watson’s and we could not be happier! We ordered a bed from their mattress store and my husband and I love it. We had the pleasure of dealing with Ashley, who is beyond knowledgable about everything, and she helped us pick a bed. Unfortunately the first bed we had was defective but they were on the ball about helping us get a replacement and she answered all my questions about a new bed. I honestly didn’t initially consider Watsons for a bed, but I found that Watsons was not pushy or on top of me when I was there looking and they have a great selection.
We now just purchased a sectional and I am beyond happy with it! We again dealt with Ashley and she was very helpful in helping us find the perfect couch that fit our dimensions. We wanted a sectional that fit very specific, and kind of small, dimensions and Ashley diligently worked to find us a few options that worked (and the price was great too).
The customer service was excellent and our next big ticket item will definitely be purchased through Watsons!

A week ago I had the pleasure of Jesse and Jacob coming out to my house to install theatre seating and a bar. The two of them were extremely professional, courteous and meticulous in their detail installing my purchase. I highly recommend Watson’s and appreciate the experience end to end. Jesse and Jacob are a tremendous asset to your company!

They have nice stuff but I agree with previous reviewer, service after sale not good. Installer showed up a full 30 mins early, no call, no text, did not wait, left note on door. We called to reschedule and had to request manager to get first on list for next day. Apparently right hand doesn’t talk to left hand because we later received confirming call that our time window was in the afternoon. Not acceptable so yet another call. Installation is scheduled for tomorrow, we will see how that goes. With other options, I would go elsewhere. Service trumps stuff any day.

I really appreciate this store’s customer service! My husband and I have purchased our pool, several covers, liner, chemicals, and supplies from this store and we are always blown away with the customer service. We recently switched from a sand filter to a cartridge filter and, after attempting to put it together at home, I asked the service dept. if I could bring it to the store for help to put it together. I brought it to them and they (Johnny) put it together for me and did it with the utmost of professionalism. He was so willing to answer my 100’s of questions and never got frustrated with me. Thanks Johnny, and thanks Watson’s, for always being there!

Nice store. Clean and a lot of products. Hot tubs, outdoor furniture, game room toys, pools, and accessories.
Staff. Well, I have had a range of different experiences with their staff. Sales people, some are nice and friendly and will take the time to answer questions. Most are knowledgeable of the products. Some sales people are not knowledgeable at all. Some are not helpful at all.
Parts department. It is hit or miss with those people as well.
My experience with Watson’s. I probably will not buy any big ticket item from them again. Like a hot tub. Once they got the sale and my money, it’s like they didn’t wanna deal with me anymore.

About two months ago I was searching for new furniture and my search brought me to Watsons and I cannot be happier. I was surprised to find a large selection a high quality sectionals recliners and couches. The staff was very friendly and helpful answering any questions that I had about the many different pieces. I never felt any pressure to but from them and walked out with a beautiful sectional and recliner and can’t be any happier with the purchase. The staff was very flexible about setting up the delivery based around my schedule. I now have quality leather furniture that looks beautiful in my home.
