Awful… The bread is hard and cold and the soup taste as if it comes out of a can. The chicken pot pie crust was not tasty at all.

We placed our order online which was very easy and nice. Also nice to select pick up time. It was a Thursday night and only one table available in restaurant. .so pretty busy place. I loved the potato soup half club sandwich. Good size too… my husband got the chicken tortilla and he said he would get it again. thought it would be a bit more spicy but still rated it very good. We’ll be back for sure.

Hit or miss soup, OK sandwiches, Great allergy menu, Nice employees. Hubby and I went to Zoup for the first time today and after looking at the allergy menu for the soups I was quite excited for a place that understood food intolerance and still had yummy dairy options for hubby. First of all, the place was quite busy due to a Sunday lunch visit. The employees were very helpful offerings samples and making sure first-timers like ourselves weren’t too confused. Hubby ordered the lobster bisque and 3 cheese pesto sandwich. I had the mulligatawny and turkey club sandwich. The mulligatawny was awesome — super flavorful and deep flavor combinations, but the lobster bisque was boring. The sandwiches were OK accompaniments, but clearly not intended to be the star of the show. All in all, a decent allergy option for a quick lunch.

Ordered online for lunch on two occasions when working in Dayton this past week. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the ½ sandwiches I ordered with the lunch combo. And they were chock full of meat and toppings and tasted delicious. I ordered the Southwest Turkey sandwich and the wedding soup one day and the Chicken Greek wrap and Corkscrew Chicken noodle soup the other day. Everything tasted hot, fresh and delicious. Only complaint was it is a bit pricy and my chicken noodle soup only had 3 noodles in it…, but I think I like it a bit better than Panera.

Zoup is one of the most overpriced restaurants where I have ever dined. Most of the soups had interesting combinations, but definitely looked better than they tasted. The cheapest price for a small side soup is around $ 4.50 and there isn’t much volume to it. The prices increase exponentially from there for larger portions of soup. Additionally, the price they charged for a «whole» salad is shameful. For $ 7.50 you got what is basically a side salad’s worth of food at any other sit-down restaurant. I’d hate to see how much you get for a half salad! Even with the expensive price tag for the salad there was nothing special about it. If you are looking for a soup and salad place for a quick lunch, I recommend Panera Bread because, believe it or not, you will save money.

Great! Great service, friendly, clean, delicious. What more do you need to know?! Our first time and we will go back to try another kind of soup. I had the very yummy chicken pot pie soup. Love that you can sample any, or all of

I travel a lot and love unique joints. The sandwich I ordered was a half, but was served a whole. No problem. The bread was wrong. The service was great! The place is crowded and noisy! If that is what you like, great.

Overpriced. Service is rude by design. Expecting to order from the person in front of the soups, but nope… You have to move down to the register to order, then the person back at the soup bar fills your order. Seems inefficient and confusing. Very expensive($ 33) for two adults and a teenager to eat out of plastic bowls with plastic forks. They call out your name and you have to fetch your own food. Not a problem if it weren’t so expensive.

Just ate here for the first time. Food was really good but they use nothing but plastic utensils in plastic bowls for the salad. So wasteful. No recycling bins it all goes in the trash.

Incredibly tasty food, great staff, and convenient location! Took the family and everyone left full and happy. Ditch Panera and go to Zoup!
