I walked in and sat down for 20 min for nothing. I had one man look up but say nothing. I get that they might not speak English but a smile is universal. Didn’t ask me anything ignored my question when I asked how long a manicure was. Needless to say I walked out after 20 min with no service at all.

Came here for a pre wedding mani pedi party. None of the seven of us were happy with the service provided. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I now have to have my nails redone for my wedding. A total waste of time and money! The owner is extremely rude and screams a lot. One of the members of my group is experiencing toe pain after her pedicure. We did not have our hands soaked or massaged as part of the manicure. Pedicure massages lasted about 2 minutes. Do your self a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

this place just isn’t worth your money. i’ve tried them about ten times and have NEVER walked away with a decent set of nails. Bad attitudes all around… better luck across the street.

I’ve never had a worse experience at a nail salon. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I went in with long, healthy, natural nails to get a gel manicure. The guy filed my nails so short that they weren’t even worth painting, buffed them so thin that they are now brittle and flexible, and then didn’t even bother to do any cuticle work at all before he told me he was ready to start painting. Literally NONE. No soak. No cuticle trim. Nothing. All of my nails were a different length and had uneven, slanted tips. When I asked him to fix them, he told me to go somewhere else and refused to finish my manicure. I’m so furious right now I could scream. I had worked so hard to grow my natural nails out and he just destroyed months of progress. My nails are now so thin that I can’t even scratch my arm without them bending. I could cry right now. DONOTGOHERE.

Terrible! They wouldn’t allow people to make appointments, told us to come back in 30 minutes, and then we had to wait another 45. When it was our turn, he refused to give mani-pedis to both my friend and I, only a pedi for her but he would do both for me, so we left. Very rude and poor time management skills!

The owner took care of my nails. He was Very patient in removing my gel shellac. My nails refuse to let go of the polish. He soaked, chipped away carefully, soaked somewhere and repeated the process until all the Polish came off. He spent the time to make sure my new polish was perfect. Then I had the pedicure. He did my nails first so I would have use of my hands during the pedicure. He also matched the toe polish to the gel shellac. He’s also great at massaging my feet and legs.

I went to a different salon where I got the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. Then I went to Aloha to get it fixed. I was getting a Shellac manicure and the girl messed my thumb up but she took the time to go back and fix it and make sure they all looked awesome!!! Highly recommend!
