Good place for a few days relaxing Rooms are clean beds are ok no bed bugs Staff is friendly price is good even during bike week little bit out off center but if you got transport no problem Enough places to eat nearby Access to the beach and parking space

Price was great for a holiday at a beachfront motel! Dated but clean. I’m not a fan of tile floors but for a beach front motel it makes sense. We’d stay here again! Rated with 3 stars only due to lack of flat surfaces to put stuff and the datedness. Maybe ask for help from Hotel Impossible.

This hotel is horrible. When i first got here walked right in put my bags down and was so happy i was here but then walked in restroom it was discusting i mean truly discusting had hair and dirt mixture on the floors but i was thinking you know what this is my vacation im going to just clean up a lil and wverything will be ok … i pull the blanket back and wgat do i see? A roach and roach poop. now that discusted me. So i call front desk and let them know … the guy says ok well have someone over. no one ever came… i walk down to get stuff out of my car then guess what happens? The card key doesnt work so i have to walk all the way back to office to get a new key.. we decided to go to lighthouse down the street but before we do we needed to shower… were in the shower and of coarse right in the middle of conditioner the water stops so of coarse im like wtf and call front desk they say it will be nack on in 15 mins 30 mins later i call agai. And they say 15 more mins. Very itritated so after water finally comes on the tub gets stopped up. so at this point im very irritated and i talk to tbe owner and he says nothing i can do for u… reallh? After all the bs … not even a apopology i will never be back and i will make sure everyone knows about this hotel. very disapoonted customer … customer service sucks and the owner wont get to far treating customers this way…

I was looking forward to staying at Atlantic Ocean Palm Inn. Unfortunately a member of our party was given a medical diagnosis right before our trip that made traveling difficult and we had to cancel the trip. :(I made an attempt to cancel this hotel within the 8 day time frame(stated in the groupon fine print), but I guess was 2 hours too late… literally two hours! We were able to cancel last minute all of our other hotels that had been booked, however the manager of Atlantic Ocean Palm Inn was not very cooperative or understanding of our situation. I was given no refund and in the end was hung up on by the manager. I was looking forward to staying here, but now, given the poor customer service, I will not be returning to give them any business.

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. We had a room that was in the corner which made it close to the pool and just steps from the beach. Loved the layout of the room and it was very clean. The windows had some mist on them from the ocean but how can that be bad. I like a place that you can park close to your room rather than in a parking garage. This is especially true when I am on vacation.

The rooms weren’t nearly as nice as described on the website. The beach view for the rooms weren’t clear and were just windows to the parking lot. The rooms had tile floors that were so dirty your feet turned black walking from the bed to the bathroom and back. The pool was small and not very nice. The man at the front desk spoke down on other hotels and inns in the area and was really rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommended this place at all. Only stayed because our top choice was booked for the night.
