I go to places without looking at reviews in order to be unbiased. Oh how I wish I knew what I know now.
This place sucks to the tenth power. If I could give it minus 5. I would. The owners are idiots who have their 12 year old daughter running the place. I paid for a weeks stay in a two bedroom suite. Instead I received a filthy and I do mean filthy one bedroom dump. When we checked to the room they never met with us. They just left the key on the nightstand. When we got in the room there were no towels and there was hair and dirt everywhere. They never even changed the sheets. 7 days no maid service and no one ever in the office. These people should not be allowed to run a business. I have traveled all over the world. This was the worst experience EVER!!!
When I attempted to get a refund and go elsewhere she told me that I would have to take it up with Canada Stay (the booking company). She begged pleaded and promised a refund. But never checked and of the rooms or even gave me a receipt. Awful place… steer clear at all cost… you would do better sleeping in your car. Btw… be prepared to play traffic fogger when crossing street to hotel because that’s where you park.
I should have known better than booking this place after speaking with these morons. Total waste of money
Facts: filthy, rude, dirty dishes, this place seems to be druggy hangout spot, be prepared to sanitize your own room, dark and dingy, grass overgrown, dirty vents, dishonest all around. Terrible experience. T.E.R.R.I.B.L.E !!!

Yikes! Nice lady at check in – BUT… Booked before seeing the place. The room was in a building across the street from check in. The parking area was dark and around the building away from the room. Physically challenged guests will find difficulty getting to room. The place is dated, not well maintained. Floors were dusty and the walls and doors needed painting. Bed linens were worn. Won’t be staying there again.

Found this place from Expedia. Imagine my face when I pulled up this place. Rate was way too high for the bad quality… We didn’t even get an oceanfront room as requested. They have another building across the street, away from the beach in a creepy area. The door had markings as if it had been kicked in before. Pretty sure the sheets were not washed bc when I inspected the place (yes I’m one of those people) I realized that there was hair on the back of both pillows, meaning they just flipped the dirty pillows over. Freaking gross. Good thing I brought my own bedding. The guy up front was as nice as he could be but that doesn’t make up for the poor quality of the place. Never returning.
