I have only been to Bishop’s for the night life during Spring Break 2016. Between 8pm and 10pm there is no cover charge with a VIP card. After 10pm there is a $ 5.00 cover charge. It is 21+ They have a huge dance floor, basically half of the bar. Towards the back they have a beer pong table set up for everyone to play. There are two bars in here one inside and one on the outside facing the patio. There are also about 4 booths near the beer pong table taped off for reserved parties to rent. To the left of the entrance they have 2 or 3 pool tables and a photo booth for your pleasure. The bar on the inside actually has a beer bong hanging for anyone to use. Seems a bit unsanitary but when your drinking who cares, am I right?! lol. The patio area is very small. It can get crowded with people when it gets packed and everyone wants to smoke a cigarette so beware, don’t get burned when maneuvering between people. The DJ plays good music, I don’t know if it was because of the nights I went, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The drinks here actually weren’t terribly expensive and the bartenders were awesome. They were super friendly and really knew how to make a good drink! The only downfall was how small the bathrooms are. I mean the ladies room literally had two stalls and a small sink area. I would think for a bar as big as this one the bathroom would contain at least 2 more stalls. In my personal experience at a bar the bathrooms get really packed and for some reason ladies like to pile in the bathroom and have excessively long conversations, am I right ladies?! lol. Anyways other than the small bathroom, Bishop’s is a very fun place to attend at night. Definitely worth the experience.

Check out the reviewers, Arkansas, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, and Manhattan. So I have to add my two cents from Reno. While I would say 509 is a better club with more people and a great outdoor venue, Bishop is okay and gets packed with a young crowd too. The DJ even played Ice Cream Paint Job. Yes, that’s why it gets 4 stars. The DJ at 509 couldn’t find Ice Cream Paint Job in his Apple. I came here twice, before and after 509. I don’t remember what happened the second time I returned, but nothing bad I surmise. Had a great time at Daytona Beach. I would have liked to have experienced that big MTV college spring break crowd, but actually not. As I’ve grown older, I realize that it’s not the size of the party that matters but the size of the party in you. Well sort of. I was here two weeks ago. While Seabreeze Bl was packed and all the bars and clubs here were packed, it’s still a small scene compared to say Gaslamp in San Diego or South Beach Miami. Maybe a size somewhere between this and MTV would have been better.

This place definitely revitalized Seabreeze. Fair drink prices and they have the free cover nights which, in turn, made 509 across the street start offering free cover nights, so a win-win all around. They have the main bar with the DJ, then the restaurant portion that has a few bars plus some pool tables, and in the back they have«The Garage,» where they have a new band playing every weekend. Usually a pretty cool place to grab a few drinks.

Nice selection of beer. Service was a bit slow, but it appeared to be due to a lack of personnel rather than poor personnel. Smoke was blowing in off the street, which sort of detracted from the whole deal. Happened to be seated next to the owner(?) and his crew while they talked. Arrogant. Not particularly personable. He has a good thing. He should work it a bit.

We dropped by mid-afternoon for a beer and burger. Both were good but not great. Neat atmosphere with pool/game room. My wife forgot her sweater. I called a couple of hours later and left a message. Next day we went back to pick it up and they could not find it. If you are young and looking to party, this may be your place. But if you are older and looking for good beer, food, and value then go elsewhere.

Decent drinks around $ 6, has 2 pool tables, seats and tables in front on the outside, plays hip hop music, young crowd. When I went they had a bunch of tables set up with people playing beer pong. Very cool spot to party and hang at.
