Okay, so this is the second hookah lounge I’ve been to in Daytona Beach, FL, and gotta say not too great. First the pros, so I like that they use KM, Egyptian hookahs, the customer service was good and they offer a pretty good variety of brand and flavors, Starbuzz, Fumari, Fantasia and Am Fakher. Now the cons, they use quick light coals… I asked them for naatural coals, it took a while but they snuck me some, idk why these places don’t just use natural coals, even some grade b natural coals would give a better experience than any quick lights, like Leo nara, but I prefer starbuzz or titanium coals,. Another thing, for their menu of snack items and drinks, they didn’t seem to have very much to actually offer, their menu said chips and they didn’t have that, etc. I don’t think their packing method was on point and airflow too, I ordered starbuzz cocojumbo, one of my favorite flavors. Subjective comment, I asked them to let me pack a bowl and they denied me. Price point, 18.95 for the people, $ 5 for every extra person. So all in all, I wouldn’t go back, unless they. At least switch to natural coals or give the choice for like $ 1 more then I would do it

I am experienced enough in the art of hookah to tell right of the bat what kind of hookah lounge I am in by the type of coals used. This place used instant lights which have chemicals in them that will significantly change the flavor of the shisha and make you feel a little sick. As a lounge they need to be using natural coconut shell coals which do not change the flavor. They carried premium tobacco like starbuzz and fumari but only select flavors. The décor looked okay but it was way too dark to tell. Service was extremely unenthusiastic.

I never would have thought this hookah lounge would impress me, but it most certainly did a few nights ago. It is located on the strip of Daytona near the beach side hotels and the much ballyhooed Razzle’s. My cousin and I like to pollute our lungs from time to time and our poison is hookah. On a previous visit I saw this place while at lunch and decided when I came back I would give this place a try. We walked in and the music was blasting my eardrums, which was not exactly the start we were looking for on a «chill» night, however, we decided to stick it out at Hookah Pub. We nestled ourselves in one of their many comfortable, plush couches. It was as if we were sitting on a cloud. While relaxing, we reviewed the menu noticing that the hookah prices ranged from $ 15 to $ 18 depending on the flavor for the hookah. We settled on the ‘dragon breath’, which had a smooth, floral taste to it. The flavor was not overbearing, which in my experiences seems to happen to me when I get fruity flavors. The service was top notch all night. After giving us the hookah, he preceded to ask ‘if we would like the music turned down?’. Not many places has the decency to cater to their clients when it comes to noise control. To further illustrate the great service, the waiter was routinely replacing our coal all night, thus allowing our lungs to fill up with even more smoke. All in all, it was a chill night of smoking and using their free wi-fi. We could not ask for more on out ‘chill’ night.
