I bought a central vacuum 18 years ago from Richards Vacuum Center. When I moved 8 years ago, again I called Richards Vacuum for another central vac. The owner, Rick, is a perfectionist! He installed both vacuums and I would highly recommend him to everyone purchasing a new vacuum. His knowledge of their products makes decisions much easier and it’s great working with a family owned business that cares about customer satisfaction.
