super good sausage breakfast bagel. the bagel was fresh and the cheese was real cheddar. upon consultation with my wonderfully cheerful and helpful barista i decided to venture into uncharted territory with an iced banana flavored latte which surpassed my expectations. bop’s bistro is a welcome addition to my life!

This place is actually over my expectation. I can’t believe in little small De Pere there’s an actual good coffee/breakfast restaurant.
A 4-star for me is «worth a visit» and 5-star for me is «definitely will come every time I have a chance». So 4-star is already really good. Bop’s Bistro makes a great choice when I am considering eating breakfast outside of my home.
I had breakfast burrito and it was really yummy. Their coffee is good, the parfait, quiche and all sweet treats are all very good. I can’t think of a bad thing in Bop’s Bistro.
Overall, Bop’s Bistro has great food and coffee, it also has a drive-thru. Very good place.

What a hidden gem! Bop’s Bistro is far from your standard run-of-the-mill coffee shop. With offerings like Apple Pie Chai Latte (Yum!), Touchdown Mocha (salted caramel, toffee nut, mocha sauce), and Cookies and Cream coffee of the day there are plenty of new flavors to try. Bop’s also has a variety of breakfast sandwiches and pastries to satisfy any appetite. I enjoyed an egg sandwich with cheddar and avocado on an English muffin, and to my delight it was prepared with a fresh mound of cooked egg, not the same pre-formed, reheated egg paddy sold at other coffee shops.
Bop’s staff was super friendly and personable and I love its eclectic décor. There is plenty of space to spread out with its spacious interior, and I could spend all morning relaxing on the couch in its lounge area that includes a small library to borrow books and stacks of magazines. Can’t stay and in a hurry, use Bop’s drive through!
